Change It All
No Resolve Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

There is a place in us all
One that makes us feel so lone
How could we know what's to come
If I can go back would it all be gone
(all be gone)

We learn from our mistakes
the choices that we've made
What would you give to change it all
I give up everything I love

Looking back at it all
I wish I could right all the wrongs
If I knew then, what I know now
Would It end up the same or come crashing down (crashing down)

We learn from our mistakes
The choices that we've made
What would you give to change it all
I give up everything I love

We learn from our mistakes
The choices that we've made
What would you give to change it all
I give up everything I love

Speak now or forever hold your soul
Can you let go
But if you fall down
You can turn it around
You know you're not alone

What would you give to change it all
I give up everything I love
We learn from our mistakes
The choices that we've made

What would you give to change it all
I give up everything I love

Overall Meaning

"No Resolve's Change It All" is a powerful song that speaks to the struggle within ourselves to reconcile with past mistakes and wrong decisions that have led to loneliness, regret, and pain. The song talks about how if we could go back and change what we had done or said, we would not have ended up feeling so alone and disconnected from others. However, we cannot go back in time, and we cannot undo what has been done. All we can do is move forward and learn from our mistakes.

The chorus of the song repeats the phrase "What would you give to change it all? I give up everything I love" and reinforces the idea that sometimes the only way to move on and let go of our past mistakes is to make heartbreaking sacrifices that might alter the course of our lives.

The song's bridge highlights the theme of speaking up and seeking help, as it says, "Speak now or forever hold your soul. Can you let go? But if you fall down, you can turn it around. You know you're not alone."

Overall, "Change It All" is a thought-provoking, inspiring, and deeply emotional song that encourages us to learn from our mistakes, own up to them, and let go of the painful past and move forward towards a brighter future.

Shaggy Rogers

It's sad that Justin Bieber, Nicki Minaj, Ariana Grande get millions of views on their sex/bang music videos, but when the band like this produce actually meaningful, good, amazing, deep, no-sex/bang music video it doesn't even get on trending. SMH.

Amazing video.

I agree with you Shaggy Rogers, this band should have lots more recognition than some of the popular bands. Their covers are better than the original artist in my eyes.❤❤❤

@No Resolve where does your inspiration come from to your music?

xPanic attackx

Didn't know Shaggy was into rock music.

Let the world have its vacuous tripe, I mean we already live in a world where over two thirds of the world's population is poor, and all anybody really cares about is excess and materialistic luxury- the world we live in doesn't make sense and doesn't have a soul. No Resolve has a fanbase that cares about meaningful music and this should not be corrupted by trending in the millions-because then the popularity could make money more important than the music-and this is a trait I'm sure No Resolve wants to steer clear of, and we would probably all prefer that they keep making great music and not generic tosh.
