1. Noel Miller is a member of the American comedy hip-hop duo, Tiny Meat Gang.
2. Noel Pagan, a Cuban-American born New Yorker, hit the ground running with the release of his knockdown dragout smash dance single, "Silent Morning," released in the first half of 1987. We had to wait until September of 1988 for his first album to be released in its entirety. Another hit to come off was "Like A Child," while songs like "Change," and "City Streets," among others, further demonstrated Noel's writing skills and vocal talent.
In 1990, Noel cameo'd on "How Could You Have The Heart," by fellow Freestyle artists Girls Club, as well as releasing the maxisingle "The Question," a collaboration with Tony Moran, which proved to be another powerful megahit for him. One of those songs that as soon as you hear it, you've got no choice but to hit the dance floor. If one puts it together, this 1990 tune could almost be a continuation of the story told in "Silent Morning."
When 1993 rolled around, "The Questionm" was re-released on a project which included several artists, the end result being the album "Concept Of One." However, Noel found his musical heart in a different place at this point, and decided to experiment with "pop-rock. ' The album entitled "Hearts On Fire," continued to showcase his maturing writing ability, and proved further vocal range for the deep-voiced artist. One of the songs was even featured in an episode of "Baywatch." Despite the quality of this album, it wasn't accepted very well by the general public, as many of them couldn't get the "freestyle artist," label out of their head when it came to Noel.
September, 2001 brought us Noel's new one, a collaboration with producer FORD. "Will I Find True Love." Going for "trance / tribal," now, Noel is currently working on an album with the likes of Eddie Arroyo and Eddie Baez.
3. Leonid Malkov a D&B producer professionally known as Noel emerging from the town of Vladivostok, Russia. Releasing on labels including Ram, Fokuz, ProgRAM, Critical, Citrus, Syndrome, Demand, IM:Ltd, Peer Pressure, Addictive Behaviour.

Your lips are warm but all your feelings has strayed
You're holding on to something that left us so long ago
I feel determined to say
You have to set me free
You're out of time
We're only a whisper
You're out of time
We only have pictures
Of what we used to see
We're only a whisper
Of what we used to be
You're out of time
We only have pictures
Of what we used to see
Your touch i feel but no emotion is there
I see it all too clear that you just don't care
Stop holding on to something that we had so long ago
Don't sting me with false tears
You have to let me be
You're out of time
We're only a whisper
Of what we used to be
You're out of time
We only have pictures
Of what we used to see
Time, time
We're only a whisper
Of what we used to be
You're out of time
We only have pictures
Of what we used to see
Ti-ti-ti-ti-me time
Ti-ti-ti-ti-me time
You're out of time
We're only a whisper
Of what we used to be
You're out of time
We only have pictures
Of what we used to see
We're only a whisper
Of what we used to be
You're out of time
We only have pictures
Of what we used to see
Time, time
We're only a whisper
We're only have pictures
You're out of time
We're not what we used to be
We're not what we used to be
Time, time, time
Time, time, time
The lyrics of Noel Gallagher's song Out of Time revolve around a relationship that has lost its spark and its way, with one person holding on to something that has disappeared long ago. The song paints a picture of two people still physically close to each other, but emotionally, they are miles apart. The singer feels that it's time to let go and move on, even if it's hard. He urges the other person to stop holding on to something that no longer exists and let him be free.
The chorus of the song repeats the phrase "You're out of time," emphasizing the theme of time passing and the inevitability of change. The use of the word "whisper" creates a sense of fragility and delicacy, underscoring how tenuous their connection has become. The line "We only have pictures of what we used to see" is a poignant reminder of what they have lost and what they can never get back.
Overall, the song conveys a sense of sadness and resignation. It's a breakup song, but one that speaks more to the quiet, desperate moments after the actual breakup has occurred. The singer has accepted that things have changed and that he can't force the other person to feel something they no longer do. He's ready to move forward, but he's taking a moment to mourn what he has lost.
