Miracle
Nonpoint Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
Train a little harder than you can you ever will
You need to think fast, this is the person here you see will be your last
Get a doctor or a priest, not an animal I'm a beast
You need to start runnin'
You're standin' on the tracks and the train is commin'
[Chorus]
You need a miracle, something better save you
Before something bad happens to you
Whoa you need a miracle, Nothing's gonna save you
And I'll scream it from the top of the world
I can see your scared startin' to show
Not the kind of person that's turnin' away from you
You better get some help, cuz there's nothing you can do, do to help yourself
Got news if you think your bad, all your other fellas make me laugh
Grabbin' you with both of my hands, takin' you home and tearin' you in half
[Chorus]
[Repeat: x4]
Whatcha gonna do when it's just me and you
Whatcha gonna do, whatcha gonna do
[Chorus]
The lyrics of Nonpoint's song "Miracle" convey a sense of urgency and danger. The song is addressing someone who is in a perilous situation and needs a "miracle" to survive. The opening lyrics depict a scenario where the person is standing on train tracks with an oncoming train, and they need to move quickly to avoid getting hit. The urgency is emphasized by the command to "think fast" and the suggestion to call for a doctor or priest. The following lines suggest that the singer sees themselves as a "beast," indicating that they are a force to be reckoned with, and the person needs to start running to escape.
The chorus repeats the idea that the person needs a "miracle" to avoid something bad happening to them. The lyrics suggest that the situation is beyond the person's control and that they need outside help. The repetition of the phrase "you need a miracle" creates a sense of despair and hopelessness. The singer then asserts that "nothing's gonna save you" and that they will scream it from the top of the world, implying that the situation is dire.
The next verse continues with the idea that the person needs help, and they are scared. The lyrics suggest that the person is surrounded by others who are also bad, but the singer is different - they are a threat, someone who can take the person home and "tear them in half." The repetition of the phrase "whatcha gonna do" in the final lines of the song creates a confrontational tone, suggesting that the person has no options left and will have to face the singer.
Overall, "Miracle" is a powerful song that conveys a sense of danger and desperation. The lyrics are straightforward, and the repeating chorus creates a haunting refrain. The song's confrontational tone and imagery of danger make it a memorable track.

The chorus sounds very close to Papa Roach Somethimes.
It is the notes, the rhythm, the pattern of lyrics, the syllables, the words.
