It feels so good to make it this far
I am happy and proud that I have come this far in my life journey.

And I didn't think I could take it so long
There were times when I doubted that I could endure the challenges for such a long time.

There were days I wanted to quit
I had days when I felt like giving up and surrendering to the hardships.

Although I felt like giving up, I persevered and kept going through the struggles.

And I watched as so-called friends turn and walk away
I observed some of my supposed allies desert me and abandon our friendship.

It hurt so much I didn't have words to say
The pain of their betrayal was so intense that I couldn't express it in words.

But even when my day turns to night and nothin' seems just right
Even when my situation becomes unfavorable and everything seems to be going wrong,

Lord, I thank You for, for my life
I still express gratitude for my life and its blessings to the Lord.

I am continuously grateful to the Lord for my life.

For every victory in You I've seen
I thank the Lord for all the triumphs that He has allowed me to experience in His name.

And all the moments I know it was You who kept me
I recognize that the Lord was the one who sustained me through all the moments of my life.

And I watched you take my family from there to here
I witnessed how the Lord has brought my family from a distant place to where we are now.

And when times where a lil' rough, God, I know You were near
Whenever I faced tough situations, I felt the Lord's presence beside me.

And the moments I thought I'd fail, I was reminded of your nails
The moments when I thought I couldn't succeed, I remembered the Lord's suffering on the cross.

And if I never live to see another day
Even if I don't have the chance to live another day,

There is nothin' I would change or take away
There isn't anything in my life that I would alter or eliminate.

I've had so many ups that they far outweigh my downs
I have experienced far more uplifting moments than negative ones in my life.

I realized some didn't make it
I acknowledge that some people did not survive the same difficulties that I have faced.

I could've been one of the ones who lost my way
I understand that I could have easily been one of those who failed to navigate through the challenges.

And there was times, Lord, I knew I almost went crazy
During some periods, Lord, I felt like I was going insane.

But I'm still here with my life
Yet, I am still here today, alive and grateful for my life.

It may not be all that I hope for
Although my life may not have fulfilled all my aspirations,

And every dream has not yet been realized
And I haven't achieved every dream or goal I have set for myself.

And to see Your face one day, God
However, I am eager to have the chance to see the face of God someday.

I know it's all gonna be worth it
I trust that all my struggles will be worthwhile, knowing that God is with me.

So I thank You, thank You for every mountain, every valley
Therefore, I thank and praise the Lord for all the highs and lows I have experienced in my life journey.

God, everythin' You brought me through, thank You
I thank God for all the things He has enabled me to overcome in my life.

I know, I know it was You
I am certain that it was God who assisted me in all of these matters.
