Ascension
Nosferatu Lyrics

There's a face in the mirror, Of unchained desire.
She's in her house, standing by the door,
You can't go in, you're not welcome anymore.
Standing on the rooftops, soaking by the rain,
Dreaming of the long deceased, never coming back again,
Riding through the darkness, hiding from the sun,
Through the hour glass,
Watch my time slip away, Chasing haloes, faces so far away,
And your hands tied to the blade,
Disguised - she's my ascension,
My slow suicide.
She's my ascension, my slow suicide,
I'm chasing heaven, never reach the other side,
Ascension, my slow suicide,
Chase tomorrow, till there's nothing left inside.
Through the hourglass, watch my time slip away,
Chasing haloes, faces so far away,
Can't see, for all the light,
There's two faces, black and scarlet, locked between another night.
Standing on the rooftops, soaking by the rain,
Dreaming of the long deceased, never coming back again,
Riding through the darkness, hiding from the sun,
Refuge in the shades below, until the day is done.
Overdose on darkness She's my ascension,
My slow suicide, I'm chasing heaven,
Never reach the other side,
She's my ascension, my slow suicide,
Chasing heroin tonight.
Yeah, ascension, a slow suicide,
Chasing haloes, this is the other side.
Ascension, a slow suicide.
She's my ascension, my slow suicide.
Ascension, my heroin divine. She's my ascension!
The lyrics of Nosferatu's song "Ascension" describe a dark and brooding atmosphere, where the singer is overwhelmed by their desire and consumed by the darkness around them. The first verse describes a face in the mirror that represents unfulfilled desire, and a house where the singer is no longer welcome. This imagery establishes a sense of isolation and desperation.
The next verse describes the singer standing on a rooftop, dreaming of the dead and hiding from the sun. This evokes feelings of hopelessness and despair, as the singer seeks refuge in the darkness. The chorus repeats the phrase "slow suicide," which suggests that the singer is allowing themselves to be consumed by their addictions and desires.
The final verse describes the singer's inability to escape from their struggles, as they watch their time slip away and chase after halos and distant faces. The repeated line "She's my ascension" reinforces the idea that the singer sees their addiction as a form of transcendence or escape from reality.
Overall, the lyrics of "Ascension" paint a bleak and unsettling picture of a person struggling with addiction and trapped in a cycle of self-destruction.

Gravity
on Bombers
I see you are beautiful across the lives
and through your skin
I spy you are beautiful inside
Maybe you’re not meant to be
Sleeping alone dreaming so prettily
Waiting always waiting for tonight
To open your eyes for love in sorrow
Raising your hands like starts to follow
No one knows, no one sees
As I cut your throat
Let the river flow down so... slow
Today the sun sank quietly
Across your back and through your eyes
Drowning in your dilated stare
England’s dreaming land conceals
Our sliding bodies as i steal
Every honeysuckle scented breath
You open your eyes for love in sorrow
Raising your hands like stars to follow
No one knows and no one sees
As I cut your throat let the river flow
Down slow
All the time
Through your eyes
Breaking every life
Stopping every moment in time
But never saving your soul
Through your eyes
Breaking every moment
Stopping every movement inside
And never saving your soul
I see you are beautiful across the lives
and through your skin
I spy you are beautiful inside
With every hungry bite I take
Your frozen body shake shake shakes
Gasping for breath
Gasping for breath
So deliciously pale in your moment of death
You open your eyes for love in sorrow
Raising your hands like stars to follow
No one knows and
No one sees
As I cut your throat
Let the river flow...flow....flow...flow...flow...flow...flow...flow
