Each person has an inner voice that speaks to them, providing guidance in life
It doesn't matter who you think you may be
Your true self is unchanging and does not depend on how you identify yourself
You're not free if you don't know me
You cannot be truly self-aware if you do not know and understand your true self

I use this chant everyday at night during meditation and presently I feel I am totally healed without any blocks in my heart.
