My sister explained:
This video is actually about a woman who used to make masks. The title of her videos were all the people she made replicas of.
It wasn’t intentional to be scary, she just wanted to show off her talent and pose in vintage costumes.
She had videos on another platform, but when she was going to do a face reveal, she trolled her watchers.
The stretch of the mask was to show the quality of the product she was using.
The gaming channel just edited the video to make it scary and gain himself some views.

On the topic with the weird mannequin type things, this reminds me of something I had to go through...
I was young and all. I was chosen to be the "princess" at our school carnival. My mother wanted to take a picture of me. I was wearing a blue dress. She told me, "smile!" while we were in front of the BINGO tables. "wonderful!" she praised me.
Later, I was playing Bingo and won. I was able to go to the reward rack to get a prize of my choice. I saw this doll that was half the size of me. It had short hair, I had short hair, It had a blue dress and brown eyes, I had a blue dress and brown eyes. Only difference was the skin color. I have darker toned skin, it had lighter toned skin.
I brought it home that day. It was like my own little friend. We all were chilling at home, Mom looking through the picture she took of me. She was looking at the one she took of me in front of the bingo thing when she realized, the doll was in the background. Literally right next to me in the background. It was blankly staring forward.
It was the only thing in the picture that had more definite details other than me. Everything else was a blur.
My whole family found it creepy as hell. I never looked at the doll the same after that. It was like my doppelgänger or something.
I have no idea what happened to that doll either. It kind of just... disappeared. Not worried now. still have the picture
anyway. Anyone else?

7. My sister: Unknown, though the channel is well... made for shitposting with no real fanbase before the video, which suggests is was made for attention.
6. Real witch seen: unknown, though it should be noted the original poster of the video says the video originates from India (despite the men speaking Arabic) later going to say that he doesn't know if it's real himself with a little bit of flippancy.
5. Grave robbing for morons: This one is interesting, the video got popular from "Ensuring your place in Hell" a VHS with 4 videos: Graving robbing for morons, Cooking with Huck Botko, Exploding varmints and Mortuary of the dead. No one really knew where the VHS came from except that the video "Exploding Varmints" had a logo at the start with the name "Advanced Action Videos" a YouTuber named Scare Theater, a favourite of mine contacted Advanced Labs, a company located in the same place as Advanced Action Videos (Northern California). The person ScareTheater called said that the 2 companies were in the same building and that they knew of Exploding Varmints but as ScareTheater mentioned the VHS the person he called said "Oh... so they pirated it off then." which implies he doesn't know where it comes from originally, but that it's not official. But with all that being said, it's still highly possible that this is real with many medical students and professionals saying that the skull is extremely realistic except for its teeth which are too normally shaped. In other words, unknown.
