2. Omar Akram is the son of a United Nations diplomat, Omar Akram spent many of his early years traveling the world, soaking up the musical traditions of such exotic locales as Afghanistan, Cuba, France, and the Czech Republic.
By the age of 14, he was considered a piano prodigy. In his late teens, he discovered the boundary-pushing sounds of Jean Michel Jarre (France), Kitaro (Japan), and Vangelis (Greece), and began to absorb their independent musical influences. At the same time, Omar Akram remained intrigued by such classical composers as Bach and Mozart, and used much of their thematic coherence, comprehensible structure, and clear rhythmic control to craft his own original compositions.

Te esperamos en el barrio
Chico presumido, chico poco ordinario
To puesto pa lo diario
Top Warrior, concen donde estamos
Te esperamos en el barrio
Chico presumido, chico poco ordinario
To puesto pa lo diario
Tengo y como ves to tan supuesto
Bitch
Top Warrior, concen donde estamos
Te esperamos en el barrio
Chico presumido, chico poco ordinario
To puesto pa lo diario
Top Warrior, concen donde estamos
Te esperamos en el barrio
Chico presumido, chico poco ordinario
To puesto pa lo diario
Si no tienes criterio no me hables
Si yo no soy ejemplo tú tampoco, ¿Capichi?
I dont talk abaut drugs and bitchis
No limits.
Chico presumido, chico poco ordinario
To puesto pa lo diario
Top Warrior, concen donde estamos
Te esperamos en el barrio
Chico presumido, chico poco ordinario
To puesto pa lo diario
The lyrics of Omar's song "To The Top" is a tribute to the street culture, where the rapper portrays himself as a proud member of the community. The song starts with a call to Top Warrior, a reference to a respected figure in the neighborhood, asking him to join the party. Omar presents himself as a confident, flamboyant young man, who is always ready for the daily challenges of life.
Omar touches on various themes such as fashion, social issues like poverty, disrespect towards parents, and the music industry. He reflects on how appearance can be deceiving and criticizes individuals who prioritize materialistic possessions over good values. Omar also confronts the "culture of bragging" prevalent in the music industry, where artists often portray a false sense of grandeur to gain fame.
Overall, "To The Top" is an anthem of pride and resilience that shines a light on the struggles of life in the neighborhood while acknowledging and celebrating the unique culture and spirit.
