Back here again after it got issues with the other song title " selos" Filipino version.
This song, i used to hear it every morning at home when i was a little.
My mom really likes this song. She even make her own version with our dialect because she doesn't undestand English.
My mom has bunch of dvd for the 90s songs.
For those people who are saying that lenka got jealous over " selos" song because it got viral?
I don't think so.
It's her and her team hard work, and her mv got more views than the Filipino version, so why would she be jealous?
The mv of the Filipino version got 2 million views
Within 12 days, it is because of people curiosity. Like me, I never hear about
" selos" until yesterday when I see on my feed back and got issued. So I took a look and listened what it sounds like. I might say, it sounds good for bisaya and Muslim tase. Because they're really into disco.
But In Spotify and iTunes, it doesn't even get a few million.
Lenka has the right to complain.
Because they use her melody without her consent. Not to mention, they earn money from it, which is inappropriately.
To all Filipino who bash lenka, try to put your shoes on her, and you will understand how it feels.
