We speak of a night in the life of Fernando Diniz (bass, keyboards and voice), Luciano Tiso (guitar, bass and vocals), Leco Cavalini (guitar, voice and chips) and Cleber Tiso (percussion and vocals) and Oba Oba company. The night of November 27, 2011, when the record was written.
In less than two hours, the group walks the pagoda to heavy rock, national and gringo, disassembling them and turning into a combination of electronic beats with melody and rhythm of the samba. But that's not all. Is all this.
The light show's opening, the presence of a DJ on stage opening work, percussion and extending the carpet taken from "Mas Que Nada" by Jorge Benjor (then Ben), with vignette of "In the beggining" of Deeplick, master the slopes.
Cavaco, guitar, bass, voice and melody draw what they will turn to night. The electronic beat accents in "Fisher King" with "Waves of Feeling", the first hit of the Rappa ("If My knees ached no more ..." identified?) With the presence of new Deeplick (vignettes of work lead to his signature).
And the score 3-0 mark in the next excitement, "Ze Gatão" music of their own where the show turns into house electro rave in Batidão bursting chest and synth lead.
When you expect any surprises were lodged up there, they join Kings of Leon and the Red Hot Chilli Peppers ("Use Somebody" and "Otherside") in electronic version samba and you end up delivering. Especially when a Foo Fighters derive a result ("Times Like These") combined with "Mistakes" by Kiko Zambianchi in Batidão electro.
It has (very) own more songs, of course, as the electronic sambas "This Time I learn" and "Magic of Love", the latter taken slower and romantic. And there's also the genre to rebuild international classics as "Fly Away" by Lenny Kravitz.
Reggae is also present in "Hey Ragga" with "Natiruts Reggae Power", where the swing gives the cue for the animation festival electronics. This, only the DVD.
The genus praieiro takes account of the night with "In Beira Beach", and pop, to invite the audience to sing along. And speaking of the beach, the war cry of the Carnival of Salvador, "Yo-aê-ou-ou-ou-ou-oooooo", dominates the stage and audience in the house version of "Prefix Summer" with the introduction of "Summer Hit "(also on DVD only).
The crispness not to, and jump from Jamaica to the wheels with the pagoda "I'll push, but I will not turn on now" "Malandragem Gives a Time." To complete the introduction of the song has heavy guitar riff, "Play the Guitar".
Samba romantic slower? "Why not Call?" Oba Oba's own. Whether you step on the accelerator? "She Wants Pressure" almost a samba brakes. The group focuses on the cannons to the Caribbean, the broth thickens on stage with horn section and pulls ska with "Heats" and "My Stage", the first single. "Who wants to climb on my stage screams," invite the chorus.
We have the first special guest of the night. I mean, dual participation, Fred and Gustavo, who sing along to electro-house-samba "Monday is the day to Muie."
In the DVD, a pout pourri of standarts of country music: "Evidence," "I'll Take a Pingão" and "Galopeira", packaged in Batidão delicious.
In the second contribution, is called to the stage to sing Fernandinho Beatbox anthem of Planet Hemp, "Keep Respect." Think of rap and samba with electronica. I mean, think not - hear it is (very) best.
Two business cards of Brazilian swing are sung in unison: "Do not Want Money" (Tim Maia) and "Taj Mahal" (Jorge Benjor) in version samba rock. And the same samba rocker closes the work with "Praieiro" and "Final Batucada".
It gets a taste of want more. In the air, in the audience and on stage. But it's certainly not just taste. From which to draw as many pearls, the sea is very deep. And, most importantly, fertile. Yay!

That they're gonna throw it back to you
By now you should've somehow
Realized what you gotta do
I don't believe that anybody
Feels the way I do about you now
Backbeat, the word was on the street
I'm sure you've heard it all before
But you never really had a doubt
I don't believe that anybody
Feels the way I do about you now (about you now, about you now)
And all the roads we have to walk are winding
And all the lights that lead us there are blinding
There are many things that I would like to say to you
But I don't know how
'Cause maybe
You're gonna be the one that saves me
And after all
You're my wonderwall
'Cause maybe ('cause maybe)
You're gonna be the one that saves me (that saves me)
And after all (and after all)
You're my wonderwall
Today was gonna be the day
But they'll never throw it back to you
By now you should've somehow
Realized what you gotta do
I don't believe that anybody
Feels the way I do about you now
And all the roads we have to walk are winding
And all the lights that lead us there are blinding
There are many things that I would like to say to you
But I don't know how
'Cause maybe
You're gonna be the one that saves me
And after all
You're my wonderwall
'Cause maybe ('cause maybe)
You're gonna be the one that saves me (that saves me)
And after all (and after all)
You're my wonderwall (wonderwall)
The song "Wonderwall" by Oba Oba Samba House starts by talking about hope and opportunity as the singer declares that "Today is gonna be the day" that something significant is going to happen. The song then suggests that the person being addressed needs to realize what they need to do to make the hoped-for event come to pass. The singer believes that nobody feels the same way as they do about the addressee.
The word on the street, according to the song, is that the person being addressed has lost their passion for something. Although the addressee has likely heard this feedback before, they've never needed to question whether it's right or wrong until now. The song then discusses how the journey they must undertake to reach their goal will be winding and treacherous. It says that there are many things that the singer would like to say to the addressee, but they don't know how to do so.
The chorus provides comfort and hope to the person being addressed by saying "maybe you're gonna be the one that saves me, and after all, you're my Wonderwall." The term "Wonderwall" is used here to signify something that the singer can't live without.
