Before she got transported to that ancient realm she fell on the river. So when she died in that realm, she woke up back to the modern world by the river bank with her beloved, now as a modern city dude who saw her fall and jumped after her, resuscitate her and brought her back to life. When she looked up and their eyes met, they felt that electrical love connection from their previous life. Two less lonely people in the modern world. They lived happily, had some kids, had fights and make up moments, and faced together all the ups and downs of their life's journey. The End! :)
