I love all the comments from people wishing others well 💜 I'm currently struggling with a panic attack after not having one like this in years. But now I have a child that is a proud member of the chaos crew. Refusing to sleep at 4am, making every sound she can possibly make, and flailing her limbs... I just want to go to bed. Thankfully this video seems to be helping both of us as she has calmed down so hopefully I'll be sleeping next. Good vibes and well wishes for everyone out their struggling with their mental health. We can get through it one breath at a time💜

This video is a life saver. I don't particularly love ocean sounds to go to sleep but it calms my newborn instantly. I love this video it's the only thing that helps her wind down and go to sleep.

My wife couldn't sleep, she is going through the menopause. She fell asleep within 5 minutes of hearing these soothing sounds. I'm happily reminiscing all my walks on the beach at our happy place. Great sounds.

i heard this for 13 years when i lived right on the beach,at 5 am ,crab boats going back and forth ,horns some,picking up their colored bouys,cruise ships coming into norfolk va for repairs,watching eastern shore bridge traffic at nite about ten miles out
