@Mario Roveda It isn't a matter of personal taste. Boulez didn't even want to listen to Structures after he wrote it and I doubt Messaien much wanted to hear this again after writing it.

This is the politics of destruction expressed in the destruction of music - instead of raising the spirits of the people after the wars, these individuals decided to bring the war into music to destroy it, and they did so intentionally perhaps in an effort to deal with an understandable trauma.

You can hear it in what they write - it wreaks of death and has no soul or spirit whatsoever. They drain music of all life and use sophistry to sell a draught of death to individuals of no musical taste but plenty of pretensions.

If this is "personal taste", we can also say that whether cancer is good or bad comes down to "personal taste".

Thus "no".

I prefer a dryer interpretation, but this is pretty good. The important thing for interpreting this piece in my opinion is to absolutely have access to a piano with a sostenuto pedal. That way you can sustain long bass notes without blurring the attacks/durations of the upper staves.

The score looks like importing a MIDI with ultra-high resolution on the notation software.

Very fitting comparison :) This is a result of the "chromatic durations" mentioned in the intro which can't be represented easily in standard notation (without ties).

This evokes a very particular feeling and I love. It's not the feeling I desire at the moment, but I'll have to utilize something similar in my own music.

I love the "cosmological" ambiance it provides. Serene and beautiful.

Man the Breath of the Wild Soundtrack really doesn’t hold up, does it?

El principio del final absoluto del arte. No hay otra vía que el suicidio auditivo ante semejante bazofia.

Yes, it seems academic music commited suicide itself long long ago.

Excuse me, but what edition/ publisher does this belong to?
