Born and raised in Inglewood, California, Omarion rose to fame while still a teen as a member of the groundbreaking urban "boy band" B2K. His soulful vocals, riveting stage presence, and undeniable charisma helped B2K score a hit with the group's very first single, "Uh Huh," in 2001; achieve gold status with the group's self-titled debut album in 2002; and go RIAA platinum with the group's best-selling sophomore outing, Pandemonium! in 2003.
Omarion's undeniable media-geniality has led to numerous television guest appearances including "Punk'd," "The Sharon Osbourne Show," "Regis & Kelly" and the "American Music Awards." In addition to his musical performances, Omarion has acted on the big screen with key roles in "You Got Served" and "Fat Albert." Omarion stars in "Somebody Help Me," an innovative horror film directed by Chris Stokes and may be seen in the film "Feel The Noise" and Tyger ("Menace II Society") Williams' "Street Soldier."
For season five of America's Best Dance Crew on MTV, Omarion replaced Shane Sparks as a judge.
Currently he's signed to Rick Ross's label.

When this come on they gone be like uh huh
haha, Red Zone, yo B2K
Yo where you at?
Girl you messed up when you let me in
Told your best friend that you wanted me
Then she called me up and hit me to your steez
So I said oh no I ain't the one
Unless shorty really want to have some fun
But she said that you told her I was what you want
When I call you don't try to front, uh huh
I'm the guy in your dreams that you had last night
I'm the Benz with the 20's that you want to drive
I'm the thug in your life that'll treat you right
Got you hooked cause I'm doing everything you like
Uh Huh
I know that you wanted this, uh huh
Tell me can you handle it, uh huh
Show me how you work them hips, uh huh
And maybe you can roll with it, uh huh
I know that you wanted this, uh huh
Tell me can you handle it, uh huh
Show me how you work them hips, uh huh
And maybe you can roll with it, uh huh
Now we all out in the open
Everybody knows about you and me
Ain't no more need for you and me to creep
I want you so bad I don't care who sees
So girl hold on (hold up)
I got what you want (Uh)
I know you ain't scared to go and have some fun (Some fun)
So let your girlfriend know you found someone
Who be keepin' you tight and sprung, uh huh
I know that you wanted this, uh huh
Tell me can you handle it, uh huh
Show me how you work them hips, uh huh
And maybe you can roll with it, uh huh
I know that you wanted this, uh huh
Tell me can you handle it, uh huh
Show me how you work them hips, uh huh
And maybe you can roll with it, uh huh
Too much of conversation,
Man its amazing
Spit the game undercover
I'm lethal like Danny Glover
Got you running to your mother making plans for life
Yo I'm only 15 what I need with a wife,
We can walk through the mall while I hold your hips,
And You can hang out the drop while I'm pushing the whip,
Take you on a ride you will never forget
Runnin' home tellin' your friends Lil Fizz is it
Got you hung by the way that I lick my lips
Man I got many dimes I ain't sweatin' this chick
Yo I run these girls from coast to coast
Droppin' game so sick I got em doin' the most
Uh Huh
The lyrics in Omarion's "Uh Huh" clearly speak of a girl who is interested in the persona that Omarion portrays. The song starts with an acknowledgment from Trick that the song is of a different kind. The first verse goes on to describe how the girl started to like Omarion through her friend's recommendation. However, the persona being portrayed herein ain't looking for something serious. He needs someone who just wants to have fun. Omarion claims that he's the guy in the girl's dreams, the car that she wants to drive, and the thug in her life that she needs, and he's got her hooked by doing everything she likes.
The chorus of the song speaks of the girl's desire for Omarion and how he thinks he can handle it. The ensuing verses talk about how Omarion wants to be with the girl while not caring about the consequences. They can be seen together in public now since "everybody knows about you and me." Omarion is all in, ready to keep her tight and sprung while letting her friends know that he's found someone who can give her everything she wants.
Overall, the song depicts the mindset of the persona who thinks that he's got it all figured out. He might not be looking for something serious, but he's confident that he can keep the girl interested in him for as long as he wants.
