The group is in accordance with the belief that βFailure was never an option for them,β states group member Jon Gordon. βEven in our down time, the constant love, support and patience from our fans helped keep the fire going.β
Keeping the flame burning is exactly what fans have been doing since the group began their journey in Chicago, after they finished high school. After creating a buzz in their hometown One Chance was formally introduced to the world when the group was given the opportunity to have two features on the soundtrack to the motion picture In The Mix. This feature would lead to the group releasing the βSnap and Bβ single Look At Her, which featured rapper Fabo of D4L. The success of the single afforded One Chance to the opportunity to perform as a part of the nationwide BET sponsored Scream Tour.
After delays in the release of their debut album One Chance had to make a choice that would eventually make all the difference. βThere came a time, when we had to make the decision to take control of our careers,β states Vantrease. βWe had to do this our own way.β
Now in 2010 the Atlanta based R&B group who started their music careers singing in Chicago are doing just that, taking control. βWeβve never stopped recordingβ states Brent staying in the studio is what we feel allowed us to sign with a T-Pain and his label Nappy Boy Entertainment.β βT-Pain is someone who believed in what we were doingβ says Michael Gordon. T-Pain was a long time supporter of the group and after a impromptu performance the artist signed the quartet to his Nappy Boy Entertainment imprint shortly thereafter.
With a new team and new outlook on the music industry, One Chance is confident and excited to be on their way to creating some of the same magic that their inspirations have done in the past, an impressive list that includes Boyz II Men, Jodeci, Marvin Gaye, Michael Jackson Sam Cooke and more. One Chance is currently gearing up for a promotional tour in support their self penned single Sexinβ On You which was produced by Fyre. The smooth R&B song is an excellent blend of classic 90s style with a new age twist that showcases not only the groups strength vocally, but their talent as writers and offers a taste of what you can expect from their forthcoming debut album.

What's happenin'
Ay. Fabo!
What's happenin'
Us Us Us
What's happenin'
Look At her
Look At her
Look AT her!
Shawty, come here give me them goodies
Got my perifial's on and girl I see you lookin'
The way you make it roll, then you stop wit it
Drop down and then you make them fingers pop with it
Baby, do ya thang, get ya shine on
Just like that chandelier that's hangin on my collarbone
Somethin' bout the way you bend your knees and rock yo hips (oh)
And get the bitin' on your bottom lip (oh)
Bend low and bend your back up (Girl you're doin' that dance)
Slow down I'm tryna catch up (But you're movin' too fast)
Last call you know I'm thinkin' (shawty do you got plans?)
Lemme show you how I livin' (cuz I'm sittin on rims)
Look At Her!
She know she sexy with her heels on
Look At Her!
The way she dancin' know she
Look AT Her
Look At Her
Look At her!
I'm bout to see if I can take her home
Have her hummin' in my microphone.
Patrone
The song Look At Her by One Chance featuring Fabo is an upbeat and playful track about appreciating a woman on the dance floor. The lyrics describe the singer's attraction to a woman's moves as she dances, and how she's caught his eye with her sexiness. The song is structured around a catchy hook that repeats the phrase "Look At Her" several times, emphasizing the focus on the woman's appearance and moves.
The song's opening lines immediately set the tone for the rest of the song, as One Chance and Fabo shout out to each other in excitement and anticipation. Once the beat kicks in, the lyrics dive into a description of the woman's body and movements, with imagery such as "the way you make it roll, then you stop with it" and "get the bitin' on your bottom lip". The chorus then repeats the phrase "Look At Her" three times in a row, adding to the exuberant and appreciative vibe of the track.
