J’étais à une conférence où j’avais suggéré qu’en Afrique nous devons chercher à pratiquer notre démocratie à nous. Ce n’étaient pas de blancs qui se sont opposés à moi, c’était nos frères Africains qui pensaient que l’Afrique ne peut pas avoir sa démocratie à elle. Donc, la seule bonne démocratie c’est celle de l’homme blanc. C'est simplement pour dire qu'il n’y a pas d’injustice. L’homme noir doit apprendre à être fier de son identité.

J'ai longtemps cherché cette chanson . Naïvement j'ai cru qu'elle était de franco et le ok jazz. Elle me transporte déjà par sa mélodie. Le message par la suite est plein de sens et mérite qu'on s'attarde sur les questions posées. Apres des recherche entamées en 2009 voilà que 12 ans après je retrouve le morceau sur YouTube . Je pense, bien que je sois chrétien, que cette chanson mérite bien une couronne pour son auteur. Une chanson très très profonde et d'un contenu vrai. L'homme blanc, par mépris à l'homme noir assimile le mal au noir, la couleur de peau de l'homme africain. La profondeur de cette belle chanson, était la vérité que les Zaïrois avaient compris. Comment les blancs manipulent les noirs avec la croyance pour nous aveugler, nous faire oublier nos ancêtres et que nous croyons à leur histoire. I totally agree with Verkys. We must create a Black God for ourself if we are to get the dignity that everyone has. The white people and the jews have their Jesus, the Arabs have mohammed, the Orients have their Buddha, Indians have their own. Great music. Also the question is so deep about the origin of black people ? Their connection to the universal justice ? Their destiny, and so forth... A question that should help Black people to think and realize that they have more responsibility about their existence on earth where the fight against evil is real.

Hi brother, Donot despair to such low extremes!! Africa's woes lie at the door steps of foreighners. Cant you see all their footprints allover Nairobi, Kampala, Jo'burgh!! Problem is todays politicians lack the spine /backbone of Kenyatas, Lumumbas and Mandelas. Africa will always shine inspite of currupt leaders and their friends, neocolonialists.

This is a wonderful masterpiece. Viva Afrika!! The song espouses eloquently the spirit for the liberation struggle in Africa. However, most post-colonial regimes have miserably failed to live up to the expectations of the larger population and have instead turned into the black colonialists by copying the same evils we fought against! The message in this song is beyond skin colour and should be interpreted in a wider perspective. If you follow the history of ancient civilization, Afrika played a key role in shaping the world. We should, however, soldier on and prove ourselves to the world by actively shunning anything that fuels the nortion that we cannot manage our affairs. Viva Afrika........
