The emotional pain and stress I am experiencing can make it feel difficult to function normally and leave me feeling breathless.

I am now receptive and willing to consider new ideas or approaches to help me overcome my problems and move forward in life.

At the end of the day life's a lesson
No matter what happens to me, there is always something to be learned from it and it can make me stronger in the end.

So why cant he see it form my point of view
I am frustrated and upset that someone close to me cannot understand my perspective on a situation.

And how many seconds in the hours of a day did we lose
I regret the time that has been lost and wasted due to a difficult period in my life.

Was it me or his feelings, me or his feelings that day
I am unsure whether the problem stems from my own actions or from the emotions of someone else.

I felt helpless as I observed my life unravel before my eyes and did not know how to stop it.

I feel empty and devoid of emotion or comfort.

I am ready and willing to accept help or suggestions from others.

I am now unburdened and liberated because I have learned from my experiences and can move forward with newfound knowledge.

I am still struggling to understand someone else's perspective on a situation and it is causing me stress and sadness.

I am aware that my problems and struggles may impact the people around me and cause them stress or difficulty as well.

Someone close to me presented me with an ultimatum, possibly forcing me to choose between them and a solution to my problems.

Well I cant keep shouting answer, so what was the use anyway.
I feel frustrated that my efforts to solve my problems seem futile and that I am not making any progress towards a resolution.
