(Would You Sing With Me?)
We could share some sweet melodies
And sing in harmony
Let's forget our area codes
The way we speak
Or how we wear our clothes
Just like a song
Music knows no boundaries
No colouring books or family trees
So won't you sing along
Wonder If I Gave An Oreo
Would You Sing With Me
No broken promises
Countless ways that never end or fun
So take one
Let's forget our area codes
The way we speak
How we wear our clothes
It doesn't matter to me
Just like a song
Music knows no boundaries
No colouring books or family trees
So won't you sing along
Oh…
Pink or green
Doesn't matter what your scene is
Sing along Oh…
Like a smile
So much wonder in between
So sing along
Oh oh ooo… yea…
Wonder if I gave an Oreo
would you sing with me?
We could share
Or write our stories
Filled with future dreams
Oh… oh… oh…
Wonder if I gave an Oreo
Would you sing with me
Oh. oh…oh.
The song Little Wing by Oreo Blue is a soulful, eclectic, and inspiring piece about the unifying power of music. The lyrics talk about the idea of sharing an Oreo with the listener in order to create a connection through music. The artist express that it doesn't matter where we are from, what language we speak, or what we wear because music transcends those boundaries. As long as we share the love for music, we can sing together and create something that will last forever.
The lyrics emphasize the universal and timeless aspect of music as it doesn't require any special knowledge or talent to appreciate or create it. It bridges the gap between different cultures, nationalities, and backgrounds. The song stresses the idea that music has the power to break down barriers and bring people together, even if it's just for one moment. It's an invitation to escape from the everyday routine and forget about the world's problems, and just enjoy the melody and the feeling of unity that it creates.
Overall, the song is an optimistic and uplifting piece that celebrates the human connection and the power of music to bring people together. It's a reminder that even in difficult times, we can find comfort and joy in music, and it's something that we can all share.
