Hailing from MN, Outcry released a self titled LP on Kevin Seconds' Positve Force records in 1985 and they later put out a 7 inch on Red Decible records.
A staple in the MN Punk/Hardcore scene Outcry was a great live act.I believe they broke up in 1987.....
