<… Read Full Bio ↴Out of Your Mouth was a Canadian hard rock band from Calgary, Alberta.
The band consisted of vocalist Jason Darr, guitarist Jerrod Maxwell-Lyster, bassist Paule Sperman and drummer Rob Shawcross. Their debut album, Draghdad, was released in 2004, scoring a Canadian Top 40 hit with a rocked-up cover of Madonna's song "Music". As of 2006, however, they have yet to score a second hit. After no new success, drummer Rob Shawcross left along with guitarist Jerrod Maxwell-Lyster to form a new band AutoBody. Eventually bassist Paule Sperman would leave also due to creative differences.
As of February 2006, Jason Darr started on a new solo project called Neurosonic.

Out Of Your Mouth Lyrics

I wanna dance with my baby
When the music's hot I never wanna stop
It's gonna drive me crazy
Music
Makes the people come together
Music
Don't think of yesterday and I don't look at the clock
I like to boogie-woogie
It's like riding on the wind and it never goes away
It's in everything I'm in, got to have it everyday
Music
Makes the people come together
Music
Makes the bourgeoisie and the rebel
Hey Mr DJ, put a record on
I wanna dance with my baby
When the music starts I never wanna stop
It's gonna drive me crazy, ah, ah, ah
Music
Makes the people come together
Music
Makes the bourgeoisie and the rebel
Music
Makes the people come together
Music
Makes the bourgeoisie and the rebel
The lyrics in Out Of Your Mouth's song "Music" are centered around the idea of the transformative and unifying power of music. The song encourages listeners to let go of the past and the worries of the present and immerse themselves in the beat of the music. The line "When the music's hot I never wanna stop, it's gonna drive me crazy" speaks to the addictive nature of music, and how it has the power to take hold of our bodies and minds, driving us to dance and lose ourselves in the moment.
The two repeating lines in the song, "Music makes the people come together" and "Music makes the bourgeoisie and the rebel," speak to the unifying nature of music. It has the power to bring people from all walks of life together and erase societal divisions, whether it be class, race or gender. The line "Makes the bourgeoisie and the rebel" is particularly noteworthy, as it speaks to how music can bring together seemingly opposing forces in society, whether it be the privileged and the marginalized, or those who identify with different political ideologies.
In summary, "Music" by Out Of Your Mouth is an ode to the universal language of music and how it has the power to unite people from all walks of life.

The history of this band is one of those
"Huh," moments while trying to figure out who they are. Just- dropped one album and some singles and split.
Thats about right for the 2000s.
Edit: found out one of the guys created a new band called neurosonic. That disbanded in 2009.
And then created crashscene. Which is still going so- took three trys but its successful
Edit 2: they made one album.
