Love Me Anyway
P!nk Lyrics

Even if I break your heart
If we're a million miles apart
Do you think you'd walk away?
If I get lost in all the noise
Even if I lost my voice
Flirt with all the other boysWhat would you say?
Could you?
Could you?
Could you?
Love me anyway?
Is it for better or for worse?
Or am I just your good time girl?
Can you still hold me when it hurts
Or would you walk away?
Even if I scandalize you
Cut you down and criticize you
Tell a million lies about you
What would you say?
Could you? (You)
Could you? (You)
Could you? (You)
Could you love me anyway?
Could you? (Aw, could you?)
Could you? (Could you?)
Could you?
Could you love me anyway?
Could you?
(Could you still love me?)
Could you?
(Pick up pieces of me)
Could you?
(Could you still love me?)
Could you love me anyway?
Could you?
(Could you still love me?)
Could you?
(Pick up pieces of me?)
Could you?
(Could you still love me?)
Could you love me anyway?
Could you?
(Will you catch me when I fall?)
Could you?
(When we rise above it all?)
Could you?
(Will you hold me when it hurts?)
Like it's the end of the world
Could you?
Could you?
Could you?
Could you?
In P!nk's song "Love Me Anyway," the lyrics explore the vulnerability and insecurities within a relationship. The singer questions whether their partner would still love them despite their flaws, mistakes, and distance. It delves into the fear of being rejected or abandoned by someone they love.
The opening lines, "Even if you see my scars, even if I break your heart, if we're a million miles apart, do you think you'd walk away?" illustrate a deep fear of emotional and physical vulnerability. The singer wonders if their shortcomings, emotional struggles, or physical distance would be too much for their partner to handle.
The lyrics continue to express the singer's doubts and insecurities. They question if their partner would still be there during difficult times, if they would judge them for their mistakes or flirtations with others, or if they would believe lies spread about them. The repeated phrase "Could you love me anyway?" reflects the plea for unconditional love and acceptance, even in the face of imperfections and challenges.
Overall, "Love Me Anyway" delves into the fear of rejection and seeks reassurance that love can withstand all obstacles, flaws, and hardships. It captures the universal desire for acceptance and asks whether love can truly be unconditional.

Chris Stapleton’s voice isn’t music, it is EMOTION. It is why he can sing any “genre.” He makes any artist twice as good - and he has sung with some of the best. He is here on Earth to make duets.

As fun as Pink's up-tempo songs are, there is an elegance to her voice when she sings slow songs like this.
