Sou muçulmana e comprovo que o ponto que ficou em aberto no podcast e a Mariam acabou por não responder sobre ela concordar com a lei sharia ou não era algo bem importante. A Mariam como muçulmana que estudou muito sobre a sua religião (como eu acredito que tenha estudado) deve ter o mínimo dos conhecimentos sobre a lei sharia, mesmo não sendo sobre um país específico.
Tentando tirar essa dúvida de uma forma mais límpida possível, nós muçulmanos devemos querer e concordar com a lei sharia, pois de acordo com o Alcorão e hadiths as leis e a moral não devem ser feitas e cridas pelos homens mas sim baseadas na religião.
Agora alguns pontos para ter em conta sobre a sharia correta de acordo com o islam:
Apenas os muçulmanos devem ser regidos pela sharia, isso quer dizer que os não muçulmanos devem ser totalmente respeitados pelas suas crenças e por isso não devem ser regidos por leis religiosas que não é a deles, não há compulsão na religião.
Grande parte dos países do Sudeste Asiático têm esse sistema de sharia apenas para muçulmanos como a Indonésia.
Maior parte da sharia fala de assuntos a nível civil, por exemplo, nós muçulmanos temos regras de herança, casamento, divórcio, mahr (dinheiro dado á esposa por parte do esposo), esses direitos não podem ser assegurados se seguirem o sistema laico, pois não vão seguir as regras da religião e os muçulmanos querem ter o seus direitos assegurados a esse nível.
Não é pq um país diz estar implementando a lei sharia que ele está implementando da forma correta (seguindo o alcorão e hadiths), por exemplo a questão da Arábia Saudita, não tem nenhuma evidência da religião que diga que a mulher não possa conduzir, eles criaram uma lei sem embasamento religioso e alegando embasamento, lei essa que é opressiva para as mulheres, na verdade fazer algo assim é pecado e não representa a religião. Outros exemplos, o estupro é punido por pena de morte de acordo com o islam, mas tem países alegando usar a lei sharia que na verdade até podem chegar a punir a mulher.
Ou seja, muitos países que dizem estar a usar a lei sharia as vezes não estão a 100%, pois muitas leis não têm nada a ver com a religião ou até vão contra.
Mais uma coisa importante, maior parte dos muçulmanos em países muçulmanos querem a lei sharia e se sentem bem bom ela, isso porque os ajuda a pecar menos (nem todos os pecados são e devem ser regidos pela lei, mas uma parte, ainda mais aqueles mais graves e que prejudicam a sociedade como um todo).
Espero que tenha conseguido esclarecer toda esse confusão que existe ao redor desse assunto

Eu sou muçulmana e meus pais me obrigaram a casar com um primo de primeiro grau, eu tinha 15 anos , isso foi em 78, e tive que ir morar pro Líbano, também contra a minha vontade, e isso deixou marcas profundas na minha alma, e agora ouvindo a Mariam dizendo que a religião muçulmana não obriga ninguém a se casar contra a sua vontade, eu tenho certeza disso, e qdo acontece, como no meu caso, é por pura ignorância desses pais e não por causa da religião!!!

Cris foi bem certeira ao falar que uma coisa é viver a sua religião numa liberdade ocidental protegida pela legislação laica (onde leis religiosas e leis civis são separadas). Outra coisa é viver sua religião num país onde as leis religiosas de uma determinada religião são as leis civis desse país.

@Pedro não tô entendendo o seu ponto de vista, eu estava respondendo a uma pessoa que acha anormal um país de maioria islâmica ter leis baseadas no islamismo e não vê que nós também somos podados pelo cristianismo. O que vc tá querendo dizer aqui?

@Barbara Leal primeiro, dá uma segurada na emoção, segundo eu n sou cristão nem defendo radicalismo nenhum, só tô sendo realistas, se vc quer viver de acordo com as leis do islã se muda pro Irã sla, ou tenta fundar um movimento que mude as leis brasileiras, esse piti todo que vc tá fazendo n vai te levar a lugar nenhum
