I see a lot of comments saying that they feel the same exact thing especially when they’re home alone. It’s scientifically proven that your body can sense when somebody’s staring at you. For instance if you’re in a classroom setting and a fellow class mate just happens to be staring over at you, you might feel a little weird or look around and lock eye contact. Though in this situation, it’s either just the thought of being alone or there’s actually something staring at you.

I have a backstory of this shadow I saw as a kid. It left, and I don't want to get into it. I now always feel as if someone's watching me and am scared to be alone. Relatable, I still have a fear of the dark and whenever I go to bed, usually around 10 pm (NZ time) I have the slightest feelings someone is peeking through my closet door. Or someone or something is straight standing in the middle of the room staring at me. It makes me so uncomfortable I have to turn on the lights and add small domes of light in every place in my room that I wonder, if someone's there... Stay safe and protected everyone. I remember once when I was a kid, I was trying to sleep alone in my bedroom, then the power cut off. My heart rate spiked and my eyelids were literally having a seizure, that was the first time ive interacted with the worst thing I've ever feared, then after like a minute of freezing and doing nothing, in PURE darkness. The crazy thing is you can sense whenever someone is watching you! Even when you are asleep. Sometimes I run to my grandma's house at night and- let's say that is why I'm afraid of the dark- and it's mostly at night and when you are alone! Be safe everyone!!

Growing up i was very blind and my doctors couldn’t catch up to my blindness until i hot older so would walk around only seeing colors hardly seeing movement. I learned and adapted to that though and have the strong and quickest reflexes, and can sense people that are near me. Especially in the water i can tell where someone is even if their not talking or moving.

@Blanks.and.Dust:] its not just that, out kitchen window has no curtain and when im in the living room at night, i try so hard not to look out, same with the door thats in the kitchen, this manifested when i was younger. Around 6-8 maybe. When my mom lived with her ex when they where actually together, i would see things run across the door windows. That house had something going on in it, i seen and heard a whole lot there growing up from the ages of 4/5-9 years. My mother believed something was there as well. In the bedroom she slept in, the corner behind the door she would see something and feel something there. She didnt like sleeping with lights so she closed the door. She slept on the couch a lot more though, she hated the person she was with. Its weird being up at night and all of a sudden, getting super paranoid. Its hard to explain, i can think or imagine on what might be there. While being in the living room at night watching something, i didnt want to look back because i would sometimes think something would somehow made its way through the blinds. (like shape or outline wise) its freaky randomly imagining whats out there lurking in the shadows of the darkness of night, or what could appear out of nowhere waiting. Its easy like really easy for me to get paranoid. 👍

Believe me, its not just the fear a whole person is there, its also the fear this freaky deaky thing will be there.

Like I swear when ever I watch something creepy or scary at night, I literally feel like someone or something watching me. Once I watched some quiet creepy at night and after that I had to do something. I think the time was like 2 or 3 am and my whole family was asleep so that's why the lights were closed. Well….. this is going to make me feel better. Today ( like 30 mins ago ) I was upstairs alone the rest of my family was downstairs. I went on to Pinterest and was looking at a gymnastics photo. All the sudden from my iPad the beginning of somebody’s watching me started playing ( the thing I was looking at was not a vid ). I have not listened to that song in like 3 years, so it couldn’t have been like a glitch from another app or something. Omg it happens to me when my parents went outside at night when I was 9 years old. I was soo scared that I will see some creepy faces and people. In my brothers room there were no one and was just pitch dark.I got very scared That I cries But I had a favourite doll and tried to be brave and luckily I will watch videos in my mother's mobile because my mom knows I am scared so she gives me her mobile and leaves.Then after a while she will come back with my dad. My brother moved to another country so I was alone.Anyways nice content!🥰👍
