P.O.W. prisoners of war Lyrics

Lyrical minded
With a path to adolescence
With the Cupid and an angel on my shoulder
Let’s get reckless
Think I had enough?
(No)
Then you need to learn ya lesson
(W5rld) never giving up
Yeah that’s the truth
And I ain’t cappin'
Most you rappers really actors
Need to hit up Hollywood
And they say when you out the hood
You suddenly now Hollywood
I wouldn’t say that I would say that sometimes I feel REAL good
To the point I grab the steel, the pen, the bag and I go look
For the next target
Always want a dog till it starts barking
And then you mad because ya money went to waste
All this time
You been waiting on the bag it passed you by
Now you stuck living depressed
You done joined a haiku
By you-
Now you see who’s by you
Just a bunch of knuckleheads
With a dragon tattoo
Snatch you-
Hope somebody has the nerve to snatch you
Get you out of this place
Before you end up real cruced
These times are getting harder
I work hard and then I work smarter
I know we guided by the same father
Just keep ya head high bro and never falter
These times are getting harder
I work hard and then I work smarter
I know we guided by the same father
Just keep ya head high bro and never falter
Look
These bars I spit are never diligent
They leaving all these foot prints
Talk back to ya kin folks
And see about ya foot print
Learn about ya heritage
Learn about ya people
Understand in life nobody really here is equal
We all built different
Just cause ya legs can walk and mouth can talk don’t equal privilege
It equals slavery, a open wound, and mental damage
And we expected to accept the way our stories written
I need a new genre
I need a new hitter
Before my hittas hit em up and they gone keep spinning
I gotta chill and hit my bible cause I keep sinning
I think it comes with ways you go and how I keep winning
If this the way I gotta battle with my soul screaming
Then imma let that drama go and go in hiding simple
Then imma let that drama go and go in hiding simple
Then imma let that drama and go in hiding simple
These times are getting harder
I work hard and then I work smarter
I know we guided by the same father
Just keep ya head high bro and never falter
These times are getting harder
I work hard and then I work smarter
I know we guided by the same father
Just keep ya head high bro and never falter
Look
What’s the point of battle?
A petty situation by a bunch of kids gone taddle
You elementary flows
Embryos sense of knowledge
Ain’t no way you came to check me with a toddlers bottle fallin'
You a bum dawg
Tell me what’s ya motive and I’m talking to ya soul dawg
Nowadays the battles split in two
You gotta pick one
Hit ya soul and (Peace)
You are now cruced and that’s ya own fault
I don’t think you ready for this heat that’s coming up son
If I get the dogs I bet you fold and bet you gone run
You dumb son
Smelling like a dump truck
Sittin in the rain forgot to mention it’s abandoned
With jungles in the midst of it you gotta get a hint of this
This monkey gym is jumping with a bar that’s got your name on it
You famous jit for being a jit
You such a hit and such a “pit”
I can’t say “ful” because you shallow as it gets
I pay the rent I pay the bosses
Till them bosses my posse I'm making dough before the heat and when that start
That’s off topic
I’m like logic without the brain that’s working 30 trillion miles
I turn the dial then hit that boom bap down your spine
Learned it’s a special place inside they heart when you can rhyme
So when I spit it these lyrics hitting harder down they spine
These times are getting harder
I work hard and then I work smarter
I know we guided by the same father
Just keep ya head high bro and never falter
These times are getting harder
I work hard and then I work smarter

I know we guided by the same father
Just keep ya head high bro and never falter

I remember playing this as a kid! Impressive I made it all the way to the end on only 1$ worth of quarters! I'll never forget the final boss battle! I remember thinking "Wow, this guy is seriously trying to kick my ass to the moon"! XD!

@DTysonator

Not sure if you realized this, NintendoCult, but you were actually making great use of the delayed kicks! These kicks are rather tricky to pull off (kick the boss just as he is about to smack you with his arms and a louder sounding kick will be heard, a kick to the nads perhaps?), but if timed properly, they can do 50% damage!

@edr777

That explains it! I've noticed that sometimes the boss drops in a few hits...other times he takes around 14 jump kicks to take out..interesting...I've always wondered what the deal is.

@edr777

Ok I just tested...if done properly...it only takes 4 delayed kicks to kill the final boss! Otherwise it would take around 18-19 to take him out (14 jump kicks which do a bit more damage). The THWACK sound is awesome...I recall doing this with a jump kick and dropping in just a 2-3 hits...I know it can be done...will have to experiment more.

@johnlewisbrooks

I remember playing this and if you haven't... THIS GAME IS HARD TO WHUP! When I got to the final boss I was thinking, "GEEZ! A thousand guys who take over 5 hits and now THIS? He's backflipping, and his punches are so hard they go WHUUUBBB!" LOL! 15 QUARTERS LATER! I GOT IM!LOL

@DTysonator

@RaishinX Yeah, man, the final boss or "The Leader" as he is known as in the instruction manual, quickly became one of my most hated final bosses during a no hit challenge! With most final bosses there are simple ways of finishing them off without taking any damage, but this Arnold Schwarzenegger/John Matrix wannabe is very awkward to deal with, as you already mentioned.

@SaturdayNightSlamMaster1980

So escaping from prision is considered a mission? CONGRATURATION!!

@causeis3002

a classic

@Littlelink91

Just like ghostbusters! CONGRATURATION!

@MrNotbadyou

I loved this game when I was a kid. Fighting that boss that looked like King Kong Bundy, when you die it sounds like a fart...good times.
