Yeah P.o.g The Mc for Christ
Yeah
You don't want no smoke
Cuz the Lord is on my side
I don't need no 100 bands
Cuz I serve the Lord
Devil thought he had me
But I serve the Lord
Yeah yeah
You don't want no Smoke
You don't want no smoke
You don't want no smoke
Cuz I serve the Lord
Yeah yeah
You don't want no smoke
Yeah yeah yeah
You don't want no smoke
Cuz I serve the Lord of Lord's
Yeah
You don't want no Smoke
Yeah yeah yeah

Dont compare me to no black thug because I serve the king
The Lord of Lord's
If you got a problem with that
Then step to the side and let me show you this Truth Walk
It's in my mind it's in my soul
Keep it locked up so it won't get out and best believe I serve the king
Put that on supreme
The Truth way and light, that died on the cross for sins
It's in all my Rymes
I'ma keep it Real with you, Better get ready before he come
Deal with you
Truth walk, that's what I do and I know I have to Rep it Everytime I do
Forget the game I'ma merry the ministry
Put that on my heart
I'm dedicated to this
Let some distractions come
And I'ma move it real quick
Yo get yo self together before He come back
Cuz it ant gone be pretty when he come back
Real stuff this that Truth stuff
I'm walking in it Ayee Ayee

You don't want no
You don't want no smoke
No smoke no smoke
You don't want no
You don't want no smoke
No smoke no smoke
Because I'm Reping the Truth
That truth that truth
Because I'm Reping the Truth
That truth that truth
You don't want no
You don't want no smoke
No smoke no smoke
You don't want no
You don't want no smoke
No smoke no smoke
I don't need no 100 bands
No 100 Bands
I don't don't need no 100 bands
No 100 bands
You don't want no smoke
You don't want no smoke
I serve the King
The Lord of lord's
So I don't want no smoke
I don't need no Smoke
Yeah yeah
The battle is
The battle is won through his name
Yeah yeah
That's who I serve
That's who I serve
If you got a problem with that then you can talk to my G.O.D
That's who I look up
That's who I pray to
The father the father that's in Heaven
Ah
You don't want no smoke
You don't want no smoke
You don't want no smoke
You don't want no smoke
No smoke no smoke
Aye yeah yeah

Used to be the same way
But now I'm with the Lord
I was 14 wholling in these streets on till the Lord saved my Life
I almost jeopardize my life for some gang stuff
If I would've been a blood
I would've give my soul to the Devil but I glad I ant I'm glad I serve the lord
Aye yeah yeah
I used to be that same way
But now I'm with the Lord
I was 14 wholling in these streets On till the Lord saved my life
I almost jeopardize my life for some gang stuff if I would've been a blood
I would've sold myself to the devil but I glad I ant I'm glad I serve the Lord
Yeah yeah
Aye aye aye
Yeah

Used to be the same way
But now I'm with the Lord
I was 14 wholling in these streets on till the Lord saved my Life
I almost jeopardize my life for some gang stuff

If I would've been a blood
A blood a Blood

Overall Meaning

The Truth by P.P.G. is a gospel pop song with lyrics that talk about his devotion to God and the transformation that he underwent when he started living a life walking in truth. The opening lines are straightforward, stating that P.P.G is an MC for Christ and that he serves the lord, making it known that he is not interested in any smoke or confrontation. He follows that up by saying that he doesn't need material wealth as his faith in God is enough. The next verse delves deeper into P.P.G.'s commitment to the truth, stating that if anyone has a problem with his devotion, they should move to the side and let him show them the truth walk. He acknowledges that distractions might come his way, but he will always be dedicated to the ministry and stick to the truth, spreading the word of God to his followers.

The chorus of the song is all about P.P.G representing the truth and how those who don't want to respect that don't want any smoke. He goes back to talking about his devotion to God and how he doesn't need 100 bands, reiterating that he walks in the light of the Lord. The last verse reflects on how P.P.G used to be on the wrong path when he was younger, almost getting caught up in gang life. However, he thanks God for saving him from that and leading him to the path of righteousness.

1998: Blossom: Smart, responsible leader who is reliable in the worst situations. Bubbles: Cute, likes things majority of little girls enjoy. That still doesn’t take away any of her strength Buttercup: Tomboy who wants to be physically strong. Sometimes she’s mean, but deep down she has a soft heart for her sisters and the citizens. Overall all of them fight well and them being little girls never takes away from their strength, which is rare in a show. Craig McCracken gave little girls relatable superheroes they can look up too.

2016: Blossom: Portrays OCD as a cute quirk. Not smart, just the kind of girl in school that cares more about the color of her highlighters on the page than the actual notes. Oh and she likes a boy. Remember when Blossom liked boys? Me neither.

Bubbles: Quirky meme girl that you would walk away from the moment you realize they start referencing memes more than they breathe. Awww she’s so cute but WOAH LOOK SHE CAN GET MADDDDD IF YOU TAKE AWAY HER CANDY SEE SHE HAS FIRE AND SKULLS IN HER EYES DON’T MAKE HER MAAAD OOH SO QUIRKY AND NOT ALARMING. Oh but she’s good at programing, see guys we care about inspiring little girls by throwing that in there for 2 seconds.

Buttercup: Watched too many classic Simpson episodes and wants to be Bart Simpson, but lacks the same charm. Oh and she’s an asshole to everyone, no redeeming qualities. And suddenly the focus of the show for some reason (even in the OP),I guess because girls acting like guys means feminism to the writers. Forget about the smart, responsible girl, all women need to have male qualities and testosterone to even be considered a true progressive woman. Oh and she raps too. Yeah. Quirky.

The 2016 staff took a show that was already revolutionary for young girls, and turned it in to a show that is so bland and forgettable while patting themselves on the back for creating a show they think is progressive. I don’t see superheroes in the 2016 version, they can’t even fight for more than one second or have interesting personalities. Who watches the Powerpuff Girls to watch them fight over a school play to kiss a boy and get their asses kicked every episode?

It isn’t just cartoon characters either, ALL animated characters be it cartoon, movie, or video game…they are their voices.

I used to play King’s Raid (save the jokes for later bud) on a regular basis, I loved it so much and the voices each of the characters have even if they were corny were fun, it felt like anime voice actors trying to speak English and I love that kind of stuff, but after a while and a bunch of questionable character design shifts (with absolutely NO way to go back to the old designs mind you), they changed the voice actors.

I cannot stress enough how bad it was when they did that, their personalities and characteristics were pretty much stripped away, the oomph and power to the sass and dare I say personality the old voices brought were nowhere to be seen.

I haven’t touched it in over three years since, I tried at some points to go back and give it a chance but it felt butchered and dead, this isn’t the only time where the changes ruined what made the original good, and yes mobile games are just barely the top of the iceberg.

Sonic’s original voice was good, and I like his other two voice actors but the original was what made us fall in love with the series along with the others, I feel like with each voice change marks a shift to how the games were to handle the gameplay and overall seriousness, with the third voice actor marking the worst era for sonic bar none.

Take what I say with a grain of salt though as these are my thoughts, just because I don’t enjoy the changes doesn’t mean you don’t have to, but let Max’s point and mine ring true, some changes shouldn’t be made in the first place lest you jeopardize the integrity of who the characters are and what they stand for.
