In "Soleil soleil," POMME sings about the desire to escape the cold and darkness of winter and find solace in the warmth and light of the sun. The song begins with a countdown from one to three, as if signaling a call to action. POMME then reflects on the familiar feeling of wanting to "die" when winter arrives, as if it's the first time experiencing the darkness that comes with it. She yearns to "find the sun," which she says will burn away all of their pain.
The second verse warns against looking down, as the "bad wolf" might eat you and you'll lose your balance. Instead, POMME invites everyone to count to three and make a chain with their arms, as they head towards the south to find the sun. The song ends with a reminder that the next time winter arrives, they won't have to "die" but can embrace the darkness and walk amongst the "embers" towards the night.
