1. Painkiller (also officially known as Pain Killer) is a band originally formed in 1991. Their style can be described as a mix of avant-garde jazz and grindcore; later albums also incorporated elements of ambient and dub. The three primary members of the band are John Zorn on saxophone, Bill Laswell on electric bass and Mick Harris (formerly of Napalm Death and founding member of Scorn) on drums. The band has also had several musicians make guest appearances both live and in the studio, including Yamatsuka Eye, Buckethead, Mike Patton, Makigami Koichi, Justin Broadrick and G. C. Green of Godflesh, and Keiji Haino of Fushitsusha. Harris departed from the band in 1995 to dedicate himself solely to computer music; following his departure many assumed that Painkiller was defunct. However, Zorn and Laswell have recently resurrected the band name and played some dates with either Hamid Drake or Yoshida Tatsuya playing drums. Rumours of a new studio album from the band have not been confirmed.

Heel pain can go away by eating these.
I am having"heel pain" on my right foot.
I exercise my heel pain foot by rubbing the pain area of my heel against the edge of the stair in order to relieve the pain.
I also observe my heel pain go away after drinking the "boiled Artichoke" (I boil my artichoke with corn to make nicer taste). However, artichoke is seasonal, meaning cannot get it in winter!.
However, I observe after eating dates (Californian dates or Turkish dates... ) about 5 dates per day... having the same effect like "boiled artichoke". That is my heel pain goes away ...

Assalam o alaikum, i have been planter faciatis since 2yrs, all the basic treatment done already however still it remains same, infact it come to my right leg even.
Shock wave therapy, electrotherapy, acupuncture and even cortosome injections have been applied.
What's your suggestion in order to get rid of this painful thing?
Appreciate your effective suggestions.
East Coast Podiatry
Hi Jamal, it sounds like you have been exposed to most major forms of conservative treatment. Cortisone injections can numb the pain but fail to address the underlying issues that are causing your plantar fasciitis. Did your symptoms disappear or lessen after the different treatments but returned over time? If that's the case, it's likely that you have developed some underlying musculoskeletal issues that are causing the pain to return. Please see a podiatrist as soon as you can :)

What sbout insertional acillis tendonitis ..what is your shock wave therapy protocole please ..and what are the exercises between each shock wave sessions ??
East Coast Podiatry
Hi Haider, the specific protocols depend on the individual condition of the patient. We will need to physically assess the pain/problem area to determine the degree of damage before we prescribe treatment to a patient. As for the exercises, the most commonly prescribed ones are heel raises, calf stretched or rolling a ball under the sole of the foot.
