Time Will Tell
Pama International Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
Searching for a clue, a way of knowing.
Am I heading in the right direction?
Put my mind at ease, upon reflection.
Time will tell where the real magic lies,
It's in out hearts, it's in our minds.
Time will tell where the real magic lies,
A way of growing, a way of showing
Love unconditionally.
Won't you join me in my song?
No empty sentiment, just unconditional love.
Time will tell where the real magic lies,
It's in out hearts, it's in our minds.
Time will tell where the real magic lies,
It may take a while but look deep and you will find.
Look deep and you will find
A way of growing, a way of showing.
The lyrics of Pama International's "Time Will Tell" convey a sense of uncertainty and searching for direction, yet still holding onto the belief that there is something magical waiting to be discovered. The first verse sets the tone, with the singer questioning their own path and seeking guidance. However, instead of being resigned to fate, the lyrics advocate for taking a step back and reflecting, with the suggestion that there is a way of knowing that can put the mind at ease.
The chorus is where the song's message becomes more apparent, repeating the idea that the "real magic" lies within us, in our hearts and minds. The lyrics don't necessarily provide a concrete answer to the initial questions posed, but instead offer a hopeful message about the power of unconditional love and personal growth. The final lines of the song reinforce this theme, encouraging the listener to actively seek out their own path of growth and to share that journey with others.
