1) Kevin McAuley began making music with a two-track mixer, a keyboard and a tape deck as a schoolboy. Discovering dubstep via the sounds of Mala in the backroom of a Leeds club in 2005, Kevin was inspired to found the city’s first dubstep night, Ruffage, and launched himself into the studio.

Pangaea enters 2009 as an established DJ/producer and co-owner of Hessle Audio with fellow stalwarts Ramadanman and Ben UFO. Their young label is already the subject of much critical acclaim from discerning dubstep and techno fans and responsible for progressive, landmark releases including TRG’s ‘Broken Heart’, Ramadanman’s ‘Blimey’, Pangaea’s own ‘Coiled EP’, ‘Router’ and ‘You & I’ alongside material from likeminded producers Untold and Martyn.

His DJ schedule is rapidly picking up pace with consistent bookings across Europe and a burgeoning reputation as a true pioneer behind the decks; a notion backed up by Mary Anne Hobbs who described his recent mix for BBC Radio 1 as “texturally one of the most exquisite mixes of the year…breathtakingly beautiful in every way.”

Think about a newly formed planet, all land masses are connected. The oceans are just giant lakes.
Over the millions of year; were the water levels the same?
Is the temperature of the mantle changing?
There are limits to continental drift.
It's quite possible that all the land was connected, maybe lower sea level, maybe island chains that since sunk.
The question of the same animals on different continents. Couldn't these animals evolve from a common ancestor in different places?

Well whatever hidden meaning his theory contained it is hard to believe in practical terms because land rises above water and is based in the bottom of the oceans if someone were to explain the theory more logical maybe there is some truth about it but as to whoever said man evolved from apes has some metaphor or analogy like the manner in how they're social and don't go mixing with other animals but defend themselves and have a leadership role in their tribalism. People have observed animals I'm sure because humans are the only species that learns from observation and animals are naturally gifted by instincts we have but a fraction of natural instincts compared to some animals who are distinguished in group's. Does anyone find it strange that all the continents fit together as a complete sphere, albeit on a smaller Earth? What are the chances of that happening, I wonder? Consider: it could be that the Earth was once a lump of molten rock drifting through the coldness of space. That it cooled and formed a crust over its entire surface (Pangaea) trapping the heat inside. The heat tried to escape and did so in the form of molten rock breaking out through weak points in the crust (fault lines) and forcing the crust (the higher ground) apart. This process continued and the Earth grew as the molten rock continued to push the original land apart, forming the continents we see today. And the process still continues. Roberto Mantovani’s theory is supported by the age of rock samples across the ocean beds and matching rock samples found on opposite sides of the Pacific Ocean.
With respect to Alfred Wegener’s theory, I have yet to hear any explanation as to how a large blob of land (Pangaea) first appeared upon the surface of the Earth. Instead, I am told to accept that it was just there. Is that supposed to be a scientific explanation?

You're on the right track when you say that the Earth could have been smaller. I watched a video (MANY years ago) that convinced me of this. But, the land-mass breakup did not happen over a prolonged period of time. THINK catastrophic events that could have began and ended over months, weeks or even days of time -- like Noah's Flood or the Mud Flood(s). All of the "waters" (the oceans' water) came blasting out from WITHIN the Earth itself, permanently becoming -- as of now -- what separates the continents from each other (more or less). If the changes to the Earth's face occurred over eons of time, then the continents would not fit together nearly as well as they do now, in our present time period. The theory of or the belief in the Biblical "Catabol" (learn about "the gap theory" belief) fits in well with an ancient prehistoric upheaval, as indicated above.

Tectonic plates and underground Mountain ranges tell you that the continents didn't just break off but the power of water infiltrated, eroded land and separated the continents instead. Just take for example both sides of a river, if pushed together it would look like a perfect fit but we know that the land around the river didn't just snap and separate, the infiltration of water is what caused the separation and shape of the land around the river

Volcanic actions don’t add mass to the planet. Just churn up mass that was inside the earth onto the surface. Technically, Earth does collect mass through asteroid impacts, but this is to slow to cause any noticeable change in Earth’s mass or size.

Well in my opinion, no land mass doesn't have some sort of elevation. We have the deepest oceans that hold some of the large mountains under water. Larger animals had larger body components. It’s more an issue of food then gravity when it comes to how large an animal can get. Earth couldn’t have been smaller then because the mass it would’ve needed to accumulate is immense, and that much mass isn’t just lying around. Also there would be geological evidence of such things, evidence that doesn’t exist.

The only thing I have never heard an explanation for regarding Pangea is the amount of erosion on modern shorelines and the "lifting", collapsing, and even creation of land through earthquakes and volcanoes. With the ice age and numerous asteroids shouldn't there be more evidence of sudden and vast changes in landscape in Pangea? Rivers are constantly changing shape and size, land collapses into voids, natural caves and tunnels collapse, prehistoric deep sea animals have been found far from modern coastlines. After the ice age shouldn't the melted ice have carried away sediment which would have changed the elevation of land both above and below sea level? There is evidence of an asteroid that "packed the energy of 700 1-megaton nuclear bombs". That's 46,666 times stronger than Little Boy. With the heat of the blast the ice would have suddenly melted and evaporated causing large waves along with shock waves.

Even now there is a man in Japan that has watched and documented a volcano forming on former farmland. In the 1940's near Mexico City a volcano suddenly rose and erupted starting as a small hill but grew to over 1300 feet tall in 10 years, and created a thick layer of ash.

And why would an entire planet be covered in water except a massive single piece of land? There wasn't another continent that collapse or was buried below sea level? What are the odds of that? It's like earth was a planet from Star Wars because George Lucas apparently didn't know how to make a planet with diverse landscape and environments so he just drew a big circle and said that's the land, everything else is water.

There were probably islands but the majority of land was pooled in one place, also the earth has existed for a very long time so Pangea having existed at one point doesn’t surprise me.

Sorta kinda but mind you shorelines rose, fell and froze, look at New Zealand roughly 95% (my estimation) of the island is underwater and it’s huge and doesn’t connect to Australia, it’s its own continent. What I’m saying is there are a lot more pieces and it’s just covered by water or maybe decimated by an asteroid, is fascinating though.

idk if anyone will see this but i got high before my history class yesterday and my teacher had a map of the world on so i was bored so while i was looking at it i realized that on each continent there was a “main race” or color like north america had natives so brown people and south america tan people then africa has black people then india has brown/tanpeople then europe and russia have white people middle eastern have white and brown people then asians can be brown or white but mostly white so,,,,, put the continents all togther and.. pangea!! it’s like a ombre of races and colors ugh i love science but it’s seems like not a lot of people have thought of it my way so!!
