While they are most often classified as a jam band, their music spans many genres and it all has an original edge. Papadosio is a one of a kind, earthy, livetronica act. They are very much in favor the evolution of humanity, in terms of love for one another and this earth, and this all shines through in their music. They have some funky basslines and awesome audio engineering by thogmartin and brouse. In combination, their sound definitely gets people moving and stirs some souls.

Not to me, not to you
Just alone is a key, in all the things that you do
All alone, so alone
What you do on your own
Is a crutch you will hold
Like a (?) In your soul
What you do what you do
Not to me not to you
Just alone is a key, in all the things that you do
Say the words in my ear
Whisper soft, whisper clear
I just hope I can't hear when you call out on me
You got the answer in how to flow
You got a killer inside, you know
You got the answer to how to flow
You got a killer inside you know What you do what you do
Not to me not to you
Just alone is a key, all the things that you do
You say to me "it's not me, its the fools that I need
I can deal to the dead indefinitely"
You got the answer in how to flow
You got a killer inside you know
You got the answer in how to flow
You got a killer insider you know
The song "How not to Float" by Papadosio is about self-discovery, self-reliance, and the journey of finding one's inner strength. The song is an introspective reflection on the idea that one's own self is the key to all the things they do. The first verse talks about how what one does not just to someone else but also to themselves, and being alone is an important factor in all of it. The second verse highlights that what someone does alone is like a crutch they will hold onto, and it becomes a part of their soul.
The chorus of "What you do, what you do not to me, not to you, just alone is a key in all the things that you do" are a reminder that everything we do, ultimately we do it for ourselves. The bridge shares the message that we all have a killer inside of us; the capacity to overcome obstacles and conquer fears. It's up to us to find the answer in how to flow, to find our inner strength in the toughest of situations.
In the final verse, the song talks about the idea of dealing with the dead indefinitely as a way of defeating fear and embracing one's own strength. The ultimate message is that we are all capable of finding our inner strength and using it to achieve all of our goals.

Love this one, it’s a bit different and I wish that it continued on and morphed into a guitar and keyboard vs bass and drum battle over who would win for a thumbs up vote
