and because the big record labels pay the radio stations and Spotify to show their songs to more people than smaller bands that aren't signed to the big record labels.
Basically the big record labels are cheating like they always do.
Why do you think that Taylor Swift is signed to Universal after her Dad lost the rights to Big Machine Records.
She could have just started another record label easily
but Universal has connections with the radio stations and with Spotify and Apple Music.
So the gate keepers still exist.
This song is better than most songs on the radio, but the radio songs are owned by the big record labels, the gate keepers of who becomes famous.
It's whomever signs a contract with them and gives up most of their money for the fame.
Better to be less famous and keep most of your songs profits.
