Where the Lines Overlap
Paramore Lyrics
Give me attention
I need it now
Too much distance
To measure it out, out loud
Chasing patterns across a personal map
And making pictures where the line overlap
Where the lines overlap
No one is as lucky as us
We're not at the end yet but we already won
Is as lucky as us
Call me over, and tell me how
Well you got so far
Never making a single sound
I'm not used to it
But I can learn
There's nothing to it
I've never been happier
Never been happier
No one is as lucky as us
We're not at the end yet but we already won
No one is as lucky as us
Is as lucky as us
Now I've got a feeling if I sing this loud enough
You would sing it back to me
I've got a feeling if I sing this loud enough
You would sing it back to me
I've got a feeling
I've got a feeling
That you would sing it back to me
That you would sing it back to me
No one is as lucky as us
We're not at the end yet but we already won
No one (no one) is as lucky as us
Is as lucky as us
Is as lucky as us
Is as lucky as us

Paramore, as a quartet, released their debut studio album, All We Know Is Falling, in 2005. The band rose to prominence in 2007 after the release of the hit single Misery Business from their second studio album Riot!. Crushcrushcrush and That's What You Get were released as the following singles experiencing commercial success. The band was nominated for "Best New Artist" at the 2008 Grammy Awards. The band announced the official line-up addition of Taylor York in June 2009 prior to the release of Brand New Eyes due later the same year. Josh Farro (guitar) and his brother Zac Farro left the band the following year, resulting in Paramore to continue as a trio.
From 2013 to 2014, Paramore released several singles from the self-titled album, including the singles Still Into You and Ain't It Fun. The latter became the band's highest peaking single as well as their first Top 10 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and earned the band their first Grammy award for "Best Rock Song" the following year. At the end of 2015, it was reported Jeremy Davis (bass guitar) left the band.
In 2017, Zac Farro officially rejoined the band, prior to the release of their fifth studio album, "After Laughter".

[Verse 1]
Give me attention, I need it now
Too much distance to measure it out, out loud
Tracing patterns across a personal map
And making pictures where the lines overlap
Where the lines overlap
[Chorus]
No one is as lucky as us
We're not at the end yet but we already won
No, no, no one is as lucky as us
Is as lucky as us
[Verse 2]
Call me over, and tell me how
Well, you got so far
Never making a single sound
I'm not used to it
But I can learn
There's nothing to it
I've never been happier
Never been happier
[Chorus]
No one is as lucky as us

Oh, no, no one is as lucky as us
Is as lucky as us
[Verse 3]
Now I've got a feeling if I sang this loud enough
You would sing it back to me
I've got a feeling if I sang this loud enough
You would sing it back to me
I've got a feeling
I've got a feeling
That you would sing it back to me
That you would sing it back to me

No one is as lucky as us
We're not at the end but, oh, we already won
Oh, no, no one is as lucky as us

"My Heart"
sing us a song and we'll sing it back to you
we could sing our own but what would it be without you
"Where The Lines Overlap"
Now I've got a feeling
If I sang this loud enough
You would sing it back to me
