-where’s Ashton?
-the woman playing Bronwyn looks too old to be a high school student
~~no car accident scene~~ it added depth and mystery
-Cooper wasn’t out in the book till later to bring suspense and complexity
-Nate had dark hair in the book
-Maeve and Bronwyn’s relationship was distant in the show
-Nate and Bronwyn needed to end up together in the show
-Addy dyes her hair in the bokk
-Jake was arrested in the book
-no pen scene
-Bronwyn didn’t wear glasses 💀

I don't think Bronwyn is annoying in this series, I actually really like her character. She's not the classic perfect nerd girl, with perfect grades and boring (she even stole the questions of a chemistry test) , she's actually a leader and she's smart and brave, despite being one of the kids that have a lot to lose (her chance to be admitted in Yale and of course the risk of losing her freedom for ending up in jail) she doesn't abandon the group but stays loyal. She even pays Nate's bail

Had similar situation... Today I watched the last episode of the show. Loved the book and the plotwist. The beginning of the show was kinda slowpaced but when it got to season 4 I couldn't stop watching it. I really enjoyed it and they made the ending a little bit different than the book (in a shocking way). I thought the show was going to disappoint me, but I honestly loved it so much. Read abt how some disliked the book on Goodreads and spoilt myself in the process (I read both +/- reviews for a balanced perspective). I haven't watched a teen series since 13RW, but it's easier to watch One of Us if you're just here for the tea spilling and don't get invested in the characters (I didn't find myself sympathising with them).

1. The teacher is male not female. 2. Nate yells out for an EpiPen in the book yet that doesnt happen. 3. When nate yells for and Epipen, cooper gives him a literal pen and that doesnt happen

Honestly, stories like these should really remain authentic and not converted into movies. Book-readers are visual thinkers and the fact that we have made this story visual according to only a few people's perspective just ruins our imagination for the book. I liked it more the way I saw this story tho.
