A band displaced ten years out of its element. Parkour thrives on the rough-edged low-fi indie rock that came out of the 90s. Started by former This Radiant Boy Bassist, Marcello De Feo, the band's songs show strong ties to his musical upbringing. Elements of Jawbreaker, Pavement, Edsel, The Promise Ring, Sunny Day Real Estate, and Garrison should be noticeable.

One should note that, as the open-minded SeraphSilhouett pointed out, there is a bit of confusion in this biography. As she stated Parkour is "not different." Some clarification might be necessary. Where the bio reads "Dares to be different," it insinuates that the band might be pushing the envelope or sailing in uncharted waters. In truth, Parkour's music is merely more comparable to the college rock that came out in the mid-'90s than it is to today's rock.

The band's catalog will not blow away listeners. These are not songs to expand your mind. These are merely songs that were fun to write and play. Hopefully, they are fun to listen to as well.

Truly 1 of the most amazing & inspirational poems i have ever herd. Watching it made feel lost in the art of motion, i closed my eyes for a moment & i could feel myself flowing in the environment No normal everyday person can view the world like we freerunners do because they don't take the time to stop & get a good look at it But if everyone saw more of parkour & how we use all of the environment to its full potential, they might actually start to realize, this world is truly a wondrous place.

I saw this on American Parkour at first. I commented there also; very good. You're doing it so much faster then other traceurs I see. So much more focused on getting to a point rather then tricking around. I really like it. You made me realize the style I want to have as a traceur. Also, I like the poem thing on the background. Sounds well placed. One of the best parkour vids I've ever seen. And that's not a bold statement. I mean it.

True words my friend, Parkour is an art, you have to live it, not just train it. Have fun with it, and feel the sensation of satisfaction and happiness, when you go to your limits and reach places you never imagined to do so. Parkour gave me a thing I can truly believe in, it strenghtens your body and your soul. You merge together with the world around you, become a part of it and feel it with all your senses. It's a feeling you won't forget for the rest of your life...

wenever i fell un movtavated or need insperation. i watch this video. i get goose bumps every time i watch it. it is amazing. i love the "Pain is temperary but quiting is forever." and the "you see things and say Why? and dream things that never were and say Why Not?" those are some of the best lines i think.

Absolutely outstanding and beautiful. The Parkour is brilliant and not corrupted with fuck loads of gymnastics/acrobatics a few flips now and then ok but loads of people basically just do gymnastics with one or two Parkour moves thrown in they do so much tricking . The poem itself beautiful and accurate to Traceur's/Freerunner's feelings etc. senses and overall well done truly inspiring! :D
