A band displaced ten years out of its element. Parkour thrives on the rough-edged low-fi indie rock that came out of the 90s. Started by former This Radiant Boy Bassist, Marcello De Feo, the band's songs show strong ties to his musical upbringing. Elements of Jawbreaker, Pavement, Edsel, The Promise Ring, Sunny Day Real Estate, and Garrison should be noticeable.
One should note that, as the open-minded SeraphSilhouett pointed out, there is a bit of confusion in this biography. As she stated Parkour is "not different." Some clarification might be necessary. Where the bio reads "Dares to be different," it insinuates that the band might be pushing the envelope or sailing in uncharted waters.
