In the song "Intervention de Frollo" by Patrick Fiori, the lyrics tell the story of Frollo, the Archdeacon of Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris, ordering Phoebus, the captain of the King's archers, to rid the streets of outlaws who are causing trouble for the people of Paris. Frollo, who is known for his rigid adherence to the laws of the church and his own personal code of ethics, is determined to maintain order in the city at any cost. He believes that these "foreigners" must be stopped as they are disrupting the peace of the innocent people. Phoebus, who is loyal to Frollo, agrees to carry out his orders, even if it means resorting to violence and bloodshed.
The lyrics also reveal the fanatical nature of Frollo's character as he states that he will go to any extent, even killing innocent people, to maintain law and order. He seems to have no regard for human life and follows his own sense of righteousness, regardless of the consequences. The song ends with Phoebus pledging his obedience to Frollo and promising to rid the city of these "rascals and naked people" as per his orders.
