Queen and Paul parted ways amicably in 2009, with Paul remarking that he would like to get back together in the future to raise money for charity. Paul has since reunited with Bad Company, and they toured in 2010. Over the years, he's also successfully toured and released albums with his own group centered around him. Paul is ranked number 55 on Rolling Stone magazine's "100 Greatest Singers of All Time". His work has been long influenced by American blues and rock n roll, and he helped play a role in the 70s arena rock and hard rock scenes both in the U.K. and the U.S.
All Right Now
Paul Rodgers Lyrics

Oh.
There she stood in the street
Smilin' from her head to her feet
I said : 'Hey, what is this now baby maybe'
'Maybe she's in need without a kiss'
'Maybe we can see things the same'
'Now don't you wait, or hesitate'
'Let's move before they raise the parking rate'.
All right now, baby it's all right now
All right now, baby it's all right now, oh.
Let me tell you now.
I took her home to my place
Watchin' every move on her face
She said : 'Look, what's your game, baby ?'
'Are you tryin' to put me in shame ?'
I said : 'Slow, don't go so fast'
'Don't you think that love can last ?'
She said : 'Love, Lord above'
'Now you tryin' to trick me in love ?'
All right now, baby it's all right now
All right now, baby it's all right now
Yeah it's all right now.
Oh yeah
Let me tell you all about it now, yeah.
Took her home, yeah to my place
Watchin' every move on her face
She said : 'Look, what's your game ?'
'Are you tryin' to put me in shame ?'
Baby I said : 'Slow, slow, don't go so fast'
'Don't you think that love can last ?'
She said : 'Lord, Lord above'
'Now he's tryin' to trick me in love'.
All right now, baby it's all right now, yeah
All right now, baby it's all right now
All right now, baby it's all right, yeah
All right now, baby baby baby it's all right
All right now, yeah, it's all right, it's all right, it's all right, yes
All right now, baby it's all right now
Yeah, we're so happy together, oh
It's all right, it's all right, it's all right
Everything's all right, yeah
Ooo.
The lyrics of Paul Rodgers's "All Right Now" tell a story of a man who meets a woman in the street who he finds attractive. He approaches her and learns her name, hoping that they can connect on a deeper level. They go to his home, and she questions his intentions, wondering if he's trying to shame her, but he assures her that he just wants to take things slow and build a lasting relationship. The chorus, "All right now, baby it's all right now," expresses the joy that the man feels as he realizes that the woman is on the same page as him and that they can move forward together.
There is an infectious energy to the song that has made it a classic, and the lyrics convey a sense of hopefulness and excitement for the future. The repetition of the phrase "all right now" adds to the enthusiasm and optimism of the song. The lyrics are relatively straightforward, but the joy and enthusiasm they express have made "All Right Now" a timeless classic.

The sheer simplicity of this great song cannot be underestimated... a great riff, a flowing bass line, a solid beat and outstanding vocals.. so much space and gaps for the entire band to be heard. There is a lesson for every band to learn here.

Yes, absolutely! It really is quite notable for all the space which makes it build to the crescendo of the chorus… The tension to have the space filled! It just goes to show that they have good music. You don’t need to have a lot of notes.

72 years old! How can this man still sing as he used to do at his young age?
