Till I Die
Penomeco Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

How about you?
Yeah how about you?
How about you?
Yeah how about you?
How about you?

We ain't got no time
싫다면 just go and love your self
난 절대 안 바뀌어 till I die

Pedal to the metal it's the 'peno' for the medal

Please don't lie you don't even try
니 머리 위에 박아 hashtaggin' 'till I die'

Better do it better be alright

Yeah now I'm looking good
Better go and look at you

Ain't stoppin till I'm gone

Overall Meaning

PENOMECO's song "Till I Die" brings forward the idea of not wasting any time and continuously pushing oneself to achieve success in their life. The lyrics start with the repetition of "How about you?" and then illustrate how the singer feels that he has too many complaints, and he doesn't want to waste any time being worried. He also wants to find out how the other person feels about their life. The singer is worried about waking alone and waste time thinking about life, and not achieving anything significant. The line which says "때가 타지 않은 건반엔 먼지도 니 맘을 아는 듯 쌓여가 지금" means that the dust on the unused piano keys represents a person's mind that is full of unfulfilled ideas.

The song's chorus brings the message that the singer has no time for distractions as he is too busy loving himself and wants to focus on his goals. He also says, "I won't change until I die." Later in the song, the singer explains how he works tirelessly and still manages to stay awake, ready to achieve his dreams. He also notes how one shouldn't waste time complaining, and instead, they should use their time wisely and do better. The song ends with the singer stating that he won't stop till he has achieved his goals.
