Argentine band P.O.R. can't really be defined by music genres, the best one could do is say that they mix melancholy with tango-ish music and deliver it flawlessly.
Their last album, "Capricho" was released in 2007. The band split in 2008.

mientras los demás no están
mientras las palabras se amontonan
ya no sé más cómo hablar
porque a veces me pierdo
sin tus brazos
guardo algunas para mí
corto en tiritas lo que queda
quemo el fuego que apagué
no me dejes ir
abrazame
The lyrics of Pequeña Orquesta Reincidentes's song Abrazame highlight the theme of separation and longing for love. The opening lines, "mientras la ilusión se hace vieja, mientras los demás no están," suggest a feeling of loneliness and a fading sense of hope. The singer of the song is trying to connect with their loved one, but the distance is making it difficult for them to express their feelings. The line "ya no sé más cómo hablar" indicates a sense of frustration and a lack of words to convey what they are feeling.
The chorus of the song, "porque a veces me pierdo sin tus brazos, busco entre las cosas que te nombran," implies that the singer feels lost without their partner's embrace. The use of the word "busco" highlights their search for something that will remind them of their lover. The line "corto en tiritas lo que queda, quemo el fuego que apagué" possibly represents the singer trying to discard sentimental items and memories to move on, but being unable to do so.
Overall, the song portrays the desolation and anguish of losing touch with someone who was once essential in one's life. It conveys a sense of unfulfilled longing, desperation, and a yearning for a way to reconnect with the person they love.
