Percy Mejhagen born in Stockholm,Sweden started his musical journey when he borrowed his cousins guitar at the age of 12.
He started his first band in Stockholm called Wanda Leaper.
They mostly played covers by the likes of Iron Maiden,Motörhead,Metallica,Black Sabbath.
They played two gigs and then broke up.
Through an add he found a band looking for a rythm guitarist nothing happened with that band except they recorded some demos but in that band he met bass player Pierre La Fontaine and they hit it of and decided to leave the band to form a new killer band and so "Jane Crow" was born.
With the music being a mix of Motley Crue and Def Leppard they fast become pretty popular in Sweden and gigging almost everywhere.
The had some record deal offers but nothing came through.
Percy and Pierre disbanned Jane Crow and joined "River Runs Red" wich later became "Second Trip" and later on "Glockdust".
A metal band in the vains of Machine Head,Korn Etc.
They played Swedens biggest festival "Hultsfred Festival" and participated on several compilation CD and once again had some record deal offers but all to crappy to say yes to.
So Percy started a new band,this time as the lead vocalist.
The band was named "The Shopliftingangels".
A Foo Fighters inspired band who released many demos and did many shows around Sweden.
In 2004 The Shopliftingangels did a apparence at Stockholms biggest radio show and Robert(CellOut guitarist) heard the show and was impressed by Percys voice and asked him if he would be interested in laying down some vocals on some songs he had written.
So they began working together and one thing led to another and suddenly the metal band CellOut was born.
CellOut have a strong and loyal following in Sweden and acted as a support band for Ill Nino on their whole tour of Sweden and to Danish metalheads Mnemic and Swedish "Legends" Clawfinger among others.
