I Leave Again
Petit biscuit Lyrics

I feel you slow
Your mind is not
Like it was before
I delete all
Put thoughts on hold
I try to feel you
But you are goneThe fire's cold
Inside your soul
I feel the weight
Of what we were
I delete all
Put thoughts on hold
I try to feel you
Your eyes were bright
I felt the shine
Miss the summers
We used to hide
The city lights
On this blue night
You used to tell me that it's alright
I chill my bones
Out in the cold
Walk the pathways
We used to know
These quiet towns
We'll leave behind
I try to feel you
There's no need to stay
So it's time to take a chance
I don't want to explain to my friendsI'll leave again
I'll leave again
And I'll leave again
I'll leave again
And I'll leave again
I'll leave again
(There's no need to stay, so it's time to take a chance)
And I'll leave again
(Don't want to explain to my friends, I'll leave again)
There's no need to stay
So it's time to take a chance
I don't want to explain to my friends
I'll leave again
The lyrics to Petit Biscuit's song "I Leave Again" embody the emotional journey of someone who is trying to deal with a broken relationship. The opening lines "The sky's so cold, I feel you slow" set the tone for the rest of the song. The singer is feeling the distance between them and their partner. It becomes clear that the singer is struggling to let go of the memory of the relationship, and their partner's presence. "I try to feel you, but you are gone," they sing, emphasizing the emptiness they feel in the absence of their lover.
As the song progresses, the songwriter reminisces about the past; they miss the days when their partner was still with them. "Your eyes were bright, I felt the shine, miss the summers we used to hide," they sing, reminding themselves of the blissful moments they shared. However, the songwriter is unable to hang onto those memories, as they understand that the relationship is broken beyond repair, and a breakup is imminent. "There's no need to stay, so it's time to take a chance, I don't want to explain to my friends, I'll leave again," they sing, accepting the inevitability of the breakup.
Through the poignant lyrics put to mesmerizing electronic beats, Petit Biscuit tells the story of someone who is in love but struggling to hold onto it. The song's melancholic tone creates a somber mood, making it relatable to anyone who has ever experienced heartbreak.

Shallou and Petit Biscuit are in my top 5 of favorite artists. Itâs almost a dream right now to know that they made a song toghether. Its like Madeon and Porter Robinson with Shelter. Two different artists with similarities in their music so it makes a true masterpiece. And like Shelter, this song is really beautiful. Good job to Petit Biscuit and Shallou! (Salut Ă tous les autres francophones qui se manifestent !)

It was almost the same with Petit Biscuit and Mome. They have similarities in their sounds and Gravitation was one of the best track of Presence.
