Benjelloun learned to play instruments such as piano, cello and guitar but preferred electro house sounds as he able to produce "unlimited combinations of music". His early musical interests and inspirations included electronica and classical music. In 2016, he released his debut self-titled EP, Album page: Petit Biscuit.

I was the DJ at this party, and I played Sunset Lover, Alone, & this. I kid you not, after I was done the majority of the people in the party were crying. I honestly don't think Petit himself knows how beautiful and peaceful his music is. Petit Biscuit is already a legend and I doubt he knows this yet. I'd love to see him drop a song with ODESZA, my goodness.

Un artiste plus que formidable, qui ne mérite que d'être plus connu...
Ceci dit, le fait que peu de personne le suivent cela nous réserve à nous, les fans, une certaine exclusivité qui n'est pas pour me déplaire personnellement.
