As a Vietnamese, I have to say that I like some imaginations about the lyrics' story =))) lol, but no, it's just the boy and the girl in a club, both get tipsy and the boy confess to the girl. But the girl was too drunk so she can't here it clearly or surely. "Hình như anh nói anh yêu em rồi" means "you said you love me (anh noi anh yeu em), didn't you? (hinh nhu)", the girl wonder what the boy were saying, cause she was too drunk. They both love each other but hadn't confessed because they barely meet, the boy finally confessed when he get tipsy, the girl didn't believe it cause she was too drunk. Just a little piece of the lyrics, the lyrics more "chill and beautiful" lmao, but so far, it's not a sad heartbroken music =)))
