Not one of these ingredients in these small amounts are toxic. Was she also taking Tylenol for her PMS?

@MrFukolta

I would hypothesize that the most probable cause of this issue is an excessive intake of Retinol/Vitamin A. It's important to consider that she had been consuming an unknown quantity of Retinol and/or Vitamin A for ten months, potentially in combination with other supplements containing these substances. This can significantly increase the risk of adverse effects.

Vitamin A has a half-life of up to 15 days and, as a fat-soluble vitamin, it accumulates in the body's fat stores and liver. In contrast, water-soluble vitamins like the B-complex are easily excreted by the kidneys, which can cause urine to appear neon yellow shortly after ingestion. The storage of fat-soluble vitamins in the liver can lead to an overload, particularly in individuals with lower body fat, such as the young woman in question.

It's important to note that having a higher BMI doesn't necessarily protect against the toxic effects of excessive fat-soluble vitamin intake. Therefore, it's essential to maintain a balanced intake of these vitamins to avoid potential health complications.

In summary, the excessive consumption of fat-soluble vitamins, particularly in individuals with low BMI, can rapidly lead to Hypervitaminosis. It is crucial to carefully manage the intake of these vitamins to maintain optimal health.

They didn’t say what kind of supplement she was taking, so this doesn’t help the people at all.

@roblovegreen

G. N. Just negative scare tactics about natural health supplements. How about do a story about the thousands that have been harmed from correctly prescribed prescription drugs?

They probably can’t for legal reasons until they know for sure it was the source. Loss of sales due to defamation and all that...

Have The Doctors done an episode on people dying from pharmaceutical medications? Given that it's a leading cause of death in the United States, that would be a great episode.

@kristinakilby6798

My thoughts exactly. How do we know that she wasn’t on pharmaceuticals while taking vitamins or herbs?
