This is my favorite piece of all time. No music on earth will ever compare to this for me. Beethoven was a genius.

Well it is wonderful, isn't it? But I would suggest Eric Korngold's violin concerto mvt. 2 with Pearlman playing might be better? Beethoven was a genius and the musical world could not have achieved what it did without him. However, listen to Korngold and tell me he was not also a genius. i beg to differ.................Mozarts Piano Concerto in D Minor Considering Beethoven was a student of Mozart......this is worth the listen and you will hear similarities

Dear Jennifer, my dad died 14 years ago and we listened to this music during his funeral service. This has become a part of our family.

The Batman used this.

What I love the most about Beethoven’s music is no matter how dark it may get, and no matter how much struggle it may have, there is always the fighting spirit and strength that leads to the light and the joy it brings to you moves you to tears.

YES!!!!! If you actually are the first person to write this then you have an amazing way with words, and stated EXACTLY what Beethoven's pieces are!
