A miner from the town of Coalville in Leicestershire, he raps morosely in a distinct regional accent about many aspects of modern life, from his distaste for celebrity worship and traffic congestion, to his great affection for tea and biscuits. His most extreme polemic however is targeted at Mike Skinner aka The Streets. Pitman often adapts well known rap hits. Hence "Witness the Fitness" by Roots Manuva became "Witness the Pitness" (like the original song produced by Lord Gosh), while Run-DMC's "Sucker MCs" was recast as "Sugar On Ya Peas". His first album It Takes A Nation of Tossers was released in 2003 by Son Records. It also included a cover version of LL Cool J's "Mama Said Knock You Out", called "Mam Sed". Its follow-up, Pit Closure, appeared in November 2004.

Pitman Lyrics

Pega o ônibus as sete ela ta ralando toda tatuada
These lyrics are from Pitman's song "Girls" and describe a powerful and confident woman who dominates the city. She takes the bus to work every day, sporting tattoos and with her hair brushed nicely. She's fearless and unstoppable. She exudes power and confidence – always walking around in style and showing off her riches. She loves to flirt and tease men because she knows she's beautiful and dangerous at the same time. She wears imported perfumes and provocatively struts her size-36 shoes in high heels. Her attitude is of a woman, but her demeanor is of a sweet and sweet girl. She loves to show off her wealth and luxury, and she won't let anyone put her down. The woman portrayed in this song is self-assured, strong, and desirable, making her a force to be reckoned with.
The lyrics of Pitman's song "Girls" shed light on how women like to express their power, confidence, and independence. The woman described in this song is an example of a modern, self-aware, and driven female, who has the power to seduce and conquer her surroundings. The song promotes female empowerment and sends a message that these qualities are something to aspire for and not be afraid to show off.
