We gather your praises
We're making it loud
And all of creation
Will join in the sound
Verse2:
The song of your freedom
And we the redeemed will
Shout it out
Pre-Chorus:
This is the shout of victory
This is the shout 'cos we are free
Chorus:
You are high and lifted up
More than anything
All creation lifts You higher and higher
We shout this song of victory
And we'll keep singing
In Jesus there's freedom
Bridge:
This is the moment this is the hour
This is the time we're gonna shout it out
You are our freedom You are alive
Jesus Jesus
The Planetshakers' song "There's Freedom" is a powerful anthem that speaks to the heart of Christians. The song invites people to join in the celebration of the Lord's love and salvation, with a chorus that rings out, "In Jesus there's freedom." The lyrics are a call to action, asking all believers to rise up and praise God with all their might, as they declare their independence from sin and death.
The first verse of the song emphasizes the importance of praising God, both loudly and with passion. As people come together and lift their voices in unison, the song declares that all of creation will join in, praising the Creator. The second verse focuses on the theme of freedom, as the lyrics celebrate the redemption that Christians have found through Jesus Christ. The pre-chorus sets up the call to action, declaring that the shout of victory is a celebration of the freedom that Christ has given us.
The chorus declares the greatness of God, as He is lifted up and praised above all else. It also speaks to the power of belief, saying that "in Jesus there's freedom." This statement is a reminder that salvation is a gift, and that it is only through Christ and His sacrifice that we are truly free. The bridge is a call to action, urging believers to embrace the moment and shine a light on Jesus' love and grace.
Overall, "There's Freedom" is an uplifting, inspiring anthem that encourages believers to revel in the joy of their salvation. With lyrics that are both powerful and thought-provoking, it is a song that has touched many lives and continues to inspire worship today.
