Afterglow
Pneumatic Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

I'm falling beside myself
Looking for a way to redeem myself to promise an ending
When everything is gone i'm living in a memory of my life
And you can't take that away from me
Why can't you see the importance of the past
The light is reflecting off of your eyes
And I watch in sorrow as this flame slowly dies
When I look away everything is the same when I turn back
There is no changing in me
Time is depleting and I need to know where this all is leading
But today I know that I can't back down and give it all away
Why can't you see the importance of the past
To live your whole life as a gift will help these moments last
Wide awake and my eyes aren't open
There is so much to see
It's something to be so proud of
But I'm locked away in this unsealed capsule
Taking my time
Searching for my open door
I'm waiting for something to pull me above

This everlasting surface
Before my eyes I am watching my life slowly fade

I've been playing on survival and I really like the grenade launcher upgrade. Makes good use of the pipebombs on the mini boss fights.

@Chozo_Ghost

I enjoy it as well, I just have to remember to aim up a little bit when I use it, or else the Pipebombs land too close to me lmao

@Mrityugata

In my experience killing the Roamers in the pipeworks does not make the rest of them hostile. May depend on whether or not you talked to Garavito beforehand (both times I played I killed them afterwards.)

@Chozo_Ghost

Before I played through this for a recording, I just outright killed them before going to the Junkyard, not even considering that doing so affected the ending lmao.

Which is why this time around I decided to go the "proper" way (If memory serves, I did so in a playthrough I did just before recording, to make sure there was no funkiness that would happen).

Wow! You got the Project P.I.G., and Project P.I.G. says "Oink". XD Also:

Danger: High Pressure Engage Max.
Two Valves Only

Warning: Chlorine

Pretty weird. Also chuckled at your witty comments and the workbench blueprints' wise-ass cracks. And the "heh heh, you said x" thing again. Pretty nice.
