The artist is apathetic towards the events happening in the world.

In other words dishonesty

The artist wants the listener to understand the nature of their troubles.

The singer is toasting to the listener's ability to face their problems.

Can you chase your demon?
The artist is asking if the listener can confront their demons.

Or will it take your freedom?
The singer is worried that the listener's problems will control them and take away their freedom.

With silence comes peace
Silence can bring a sense of calm and tranquility.

With peace comes freedom
When you feel peaceful, you also feel free from stress or worries.

With freedom comes silence
Being free from worry and stress can bring peace and quiet to your mind.
