@@Dreamyzas Colress isn't much better. While in the games, he's just in Team Plasma to basically get research funding, and is searching to find out what brings out the true potential in Pokémon, in the manga, he fully believes control is the answer. He also acts like child, giggling with laughter whenever he enjoys something and throwing tantrums whenever something doesn't go the way he wants it to go.

And while game Colress never attempts to hurt the player and even helps them, in the manga, he's perfectly fine with freezing the protagonists solid and having them thrown into the sea. Oh, and unlike in the games, where Team Plasma freezes only Opelucid City to get the DNA Splicers, in the manga, they freeze over most of Unova's cities and towns just for the heck of it.

And if you're thinking about his role in Alola, he technically doesn't have it in the manga. He technically did create the Beast Balls, but as he's arrested at the end of the Unova saga, the "Colress" appearing in Alola is actually just a Unova protagonist in disguise. So yeah. Colress in the manga gets done super dirty.

Speaking of the person who arrested him: one of the Black 2 & White 2 protagonists is a boy born without emotions. He only understands the difference between right and wrong because he was taught it from a young age by the International Police when they adopted him. He's so overly flawless that he's Looker's superior and has the nickname "Mr. Perfect". And the juicy bit? The leader of the International Police even taught him that it's not only okay, but even encouraged to violate the human rights if it was necessary to arrest criminals. And not just the rights of the criminals, but civilians too!

Jeez, this manga is messed up...

I feel that Ghetsis is the most evil of the Pokevillains. Consider
Giovanni: Still has a moral code, and does nothing remotely as bad as Ghetsis
Maxie: Regrets his choices once he realizes the consequences. Not really Evil, per say.
Archie: Same as Maxie
Cyrus: Sociopathic Extremist, but also suffers from a complete lack of emotional capacity. Does not seek to cause suffering, Not much for evil, and is at least straightforward in his methods/goals/motives.
Lysandre: Probably closest to Ghetsis in terms of how bad of a person he is, but does not actively seek to cause pain. Does intend to cause genocide, though it would be fairly quick and relatively free of suffering.
Guzma: Not even a bad guy
Lusamine: Hate her. But she's more an irredeemable narcissist who doesn't harm anyone other than a few select people and Pokemon. Deserves the hate, but isn't aiming to actually cause problems.
Chairman Rose: Misguided, not evil.
Ghetsis: Has on multiple occasions either directly tried to kill the player and N; lies, cheats, and steals in order to create a loyal following and weaken his prospective subjects; and intentionally causes suffering for the sake of suffering, unlike any other evil team/team boss.

@ExtremeAce

Giovanni: I am the leader of a regional mafia and we will capture every Pokemon in the region.
Archie and Maxie: Yeah we would like to expand water and land respectively for the growth of aquatic life/human development.
Cyrus: I fucking hate this world and I want to create my own.
Lysandre: I would like to create a more beautiful world by destroying every Pokemon because as long as they exist, people would use them for evil.
Guzma: Man I just wanna be a local thug.
Lusamine: I was controlled by some crazy parasitic beast from Ultra Space and was entoxicated to do evil deeds even though I just want to protect all Pokemon.

Ghetsis: I'm gonna brainwash this kid, force people to release all their Pokemon so only we could use them, use them as slaves to create this entire castle beneath the Pokemon League, and then rule over the entire region.
Ghetsis (again): My previous plan failed so this time we're straight up ISIS and we're gonna steal your Pokemon, freeze the entire region with this hollow cold creature we caught in a cave, hell I would even kill anyone who tries to stop this beast and then fuse it with the legendary Dragon Pokemon to make it unstoppable and then rule over the entire region.

Vatredox me, I had heard that hydriegon could potentially one shot your entire team an full health, so the fact that most of my Pokémon were at 50%, and with hydriegons speed advantage, I thought I was doomed, which begs the question, how did we get healed

@yxzyzzyx434

I think N probably does, after realizing that Ghetsis is a bad guy.

Fun Fact: Ghetsis is even scarier in the manga. He captures Unova's gym leaders and hangs them on crosses outside the Pokemon League (they later escape) and he threatens to flat out burn Black alive with a Volcarona so no one will learn the N was defeated.

@wikiuser92

And he wears a completely calm-looking smile while doing all of that. What a psychopath.

In the Black 2 and White 2 chapter, he says he'd rather die than being arrested, and when N tries to save him from falling from a great height, Ghetsis beats him to a bloody pulp with his cane and calls N a freak.
